I would not recommend working with this company. Morgan is pleasant and often had good ideas, but summer is extremely abrasive and disorganized such that their visions are not able to be materialized. The thing that really did it for me was their unfair billing practices. They collected a deposit from me for over $3,000, but did not disclose to me that it was non refundable. After a month of working with them and minimal progress being made, I tried to talk to calmly and politely talk with them. Summer was exceptionally rude and confrontational and told me that I don't have to work with them if I don't want to, but they would not be refunding the deposit. They first claimed that the deposit was to secure the date only, but after they received the deposit, they claimed it was to be used towards their own in-house exorbitantly priced rentals. Their ever changing terms and lackadaisical spirit, coupled with Summer's corrosive behavior and vacuous promises made them very unpleasant to work with. This is not how one should run a business. I would give zero stars if I could to this dishonest, poorly run business. We reached out to them as party planners for our engagement party. Morgan kindly met us at our venue and we collectively came up with a design and plan. They put together a quote, and collected a deposit to the tune of a few thousand dollars. We then found out that the rental prices were exorbitantly high and they were constantly changing things. The first time they came to our venue, they charged a $65 one-time fee, but then somehow, they added four of these $65 visits even though we didn't ask for that. We found nicer tables for 40% cheaper, better linens for over 100% cheaper, etc. Furthermore, the initial itemized quote that they sent to us had a huge math/addition error to the tune of almost $1,000. This isn't acceptable. We brought all of this up, and this is where summer got involved and things began to go south. They informed us that they do not collaborate with other rental companies and that we MUST use their ridiculously priced rentals. We initially hired these people as planners, we never agreed to exclusively use them for rentals. We had a discussion with summer regarding this, and she was extremely disrespectful and flat out rude. She informed us that they will not be offering a refund, and we could walk away from our deposit and find someone else. The issue is that they did NOT disclose that this was their refund policy and they did not get a contract signed. Communicating back and forth with summer has been excruciatingly painful and exhausting and a total waste of time. We brought on planners for convenience and to streamline our workflow. They are trying to steal from us and engage in unethical business practices and continue to insist that they are entitled to our deposit. I don't recommend anyone do business with them if you want to minimize headache. We went from wanting to make our lives easy and convenient to now having the added burden of dealing with a lawsuit. read more

They showed zero interest in the details of the event and only contacted us when they wanted more money. Unprofessional, dishonest, and completely overpriced for the "service" provided. I wanted to plan a "socially distanced" garden party for my best friend's baby shower and MS took my ideas to a whole new level. Where do I even start??? When my now husband and I started planning our wedding only 4 months ahead of time, we knew we needed to find some help. Morgan & Summer made us feel confident in our vision, and we knew we had found coordinators that could bring it all to life. We picked a venue that required *everything* to be brought in, but they found every vendor for us - lighting company, dance floor, food trucks, EVERYTHING. Once the party started Morgan turned into bartender extraordinaire and Summer took over as photographer. You might think that wearing so many hats would translate into doing several jobs subpar, but you would be wrong. Morgan served our guests delicious drinks and Summer took the most professional, GORGEOUS pictures - even stealing us away when the lighting was *just right*. They also made sure we ate something - which if you've ever had a wedding, you know is just about impossible to do. Summer & Morgan were so impressive that our guests have not stopped talking about them! During an evening of great music, delicious food, and a beautiful setting, our coordinators are among the most talked-about feature. That's pretty outstanding :). Absolutely Stunning! M.s creative conceptualized and fulfilled all the floral arrangements for my daughter's wedding (15 in the wedding party + 160 guests). A unique mix of dried flowers, fountain grass and fresh roses was my daughter's wish and each bouquet, table center piece, floor display, corsage and boutonniere was exquisitely crafted, and the bouquets were bound so well with ribbon and raffia, I'm sure they will stay preserved for decades! Summer's extra finishing touches made the entry hall look so elegant. She turned a large table, showcasing the Guest Book and some personal photos of the couple, into an eye-catching and fun display.
