So does my lawn. I hired this company and told them I switched to them because the old guy cut in the same pattern each week and the lawn gets rutted and the grass gets beat down. So in 25 visits they used the same pattern 23 times. I called once to remind them, but now I give up. They stopped cutting about 3 weeks sooner than the neighbors guys and they did the fall clean up while the leaves were still on the trees. I have to stop writing now. I have fall cleanup to do. Liberty continually left the gates to our backyard open after cutting our lawn. The first time occurred on our wedding day in July when the dogs escaped. We called, no joke, every time (4 in total!) they left our gates open, and each time they assured us it would never happen again. It happened over and over, and our dogs escaped and roamed the neighborhood. You cannot see the side gates from the backyard when we're out with the dogs which is why we called them and relied on them to fix this problem. This is so basic, but they couldn't do it.
