I had previously hired an overseas development company to help me with bringing my idea to life. They didn't understand the concept of concepting and I was left doing most of the work myself. I found myself overwhelmed and unqualified to develop the site alone. Happen St on the other hand, goes above and beyond to take work off of my plate. I've never felt alone in the experience of making this site. It's been interactive the whole way through and the price is so affordable!! They've also evolved beyond just developing a technical product, to something that's human and tells a story and takes the user into account - what novel idea in this space. There's no way I could have developed this site in the amount of time we have or with the degree of quality without their thinking partnership. I know they always have my best interests at heart as they appropriately challenge and question my assumptions in service of a better product. On top of Mark and Cristina mastering the soft skills of doing business, they have strong technical proficiency. Mark always has the latest tech releases and they are always researching new products, so I know that my site is current and being developed with forward thinking in mind.

After that, I updated the review to four stars with an optimistic notation. Then he immediately called back unsatisfied with the improved review. And, he has made no attempt to change the libel posted in response to my original review. He is putting far too much effort into the WRONG area. He needs to leave me alone. Harassing me is not the way to get the result he is seeking. And, I caution him again to refrain from threatening me with legal action for posting truthful reviews. Litigation is costly for both parties. It would be better if he simply let the matter go. I hope that should he read this, he keeps in mind our discussion and agreement to be positive and professional.

I sent them an e-mail and within 24 hours I had a response from Anthony. After a quick phone call, he gave me a list of details he needed to know (color, font, graphics). After we got settled on the information, we called Anthony to discuss. After no more than 15 minutes, he had a full understanding of what we wanted and was off to create our graphic. That call took place on a Wednesday afternoon, Friday (today) morning when I woke up we had 4 options in our e-mail. All of them were absolutely perfect, it's incredible how well he interpreted the business into a graphic so seamlessly. I just got off of the phone with Anthony, we quickly went over the information we need for trademarking. He will be sending over the final files within an hour and we will be off to the printers! Can't thank him enough for the unimaginably quick turn-around and truly perfect graphic!
