What should've taken a few months ended up taking 6 months and a ton of headaches. I temporarily lost access to my sites, the transfers did not go smoothly and I lost email functionality. When I asked them to fix the email functionality they claimed that it wasn't their fault but they could "diagnose the problem" at a rate of $65 an hour. When the website was complete they then tried to upsell me on their "security protection services" in case my site got hacked. Seriously? There are much better designers and developers out there. Do you self a favor and keep looking.

I needed a website for a new business I was starting. I had already looked into WIXX they seemed…read morepretty reasonable. Not knowing anything about websites I clicked on "Hire A Professional" . I was directed to PIMM USA. I called and the Salesman told me all the wonderful things they were going to do for me. I would have a strong presence on Facebook. The would handle all of the SEO work. So I could be found by anyone on the internet. So I went for it for $300. Per Month. Within a couple of weeks I new it was a mistake. Nothing was happening, so I called Ryan Patterson to express my dissatisfaction. He said he would look into it for me. A week later, still with no website, I called back to say a I made a mistake and wanted to withdraw from the contract. That is when he told me I was basically stuck with them. The don't let people out of contracts. The salesman, Adam Levine, like most salesman who have lied to you, never answered his phone or responded to emails from me again. He did what he got paid for. I decided , since they were going to bleed the money out of me anyway, I'd try to get something out of it. I didn't. They eventually got the site "finished" . Again in texting with Ryan Patterson, He said that PIMM USA would handle all the SEO work which is the most important part of having a website. I still have the texts. They didn't. After 10 months and $3000. , not one single person found my website. NOT ONE. They also made a FB page with just as many visitors. Today I had another company look at the site. They told me all of the many thing that had to be fixed with my site, before any SEO would even help, because the site was built wrong from the beginning. I spoke to an attorney who advised me to simply ask for my money back, before going through the legal system. I'm waiting for them to call me back now. Oh and the did let me out of the contract after 10 months, but only if I would remove another review I left of them.

Misspelled words, subpar UI/UX, 1 modification that still wasnt corrected. I gave up asking for corrections so I will have to pay someone else to correct what shouldve been corrected in the $6,000 I already spent. 1. They are VERY nice people and Im sure they mean well, but they are NOT a company I would suggest to others to get their development done. The experience doesnt match their costs. I believe the location of the PM ( Jack the one that gave the company a 5 star review) is in the US, but Im pretty sure the people working on the project are overseas. Which is fine but IF you disclose that, that wasnt disclosed. 2. I couldve gotten the same thing from Fivver or Upwork for half the cost I was charged. I would suggest that over this company any day. 3. IF you decide to still use them, make sure you DO NOT PAY until you get all of the edits and corrections done. You will get very limited modifications, if any and once they have your money, they basically dont care about delivering a corrected project. 4. If you have few thousand to throw away, this company is GREAT....if you want to get a finished product that you can actually use, I would NOT use this company. Again, great people. The communication is decent, they are just not experienced enough for what they charge.
