When we started the project, he took the time to precisely dissect not only what we were looking for aesthetically, but also what we "needed" on the practical side--all while staying within our budget. Their communication is beyond excellent and Derek is just a pleasure to speak with. We spoke on a scheduled weekly basis, and I can't tell you how important those calls are to stay on-target. I've worked with other non-local developers in the past and it was a nightmare (between communication issues, false promises, poor design, etc.). What should've taken a few months ended up taking 6 months and a ton of headaches. I temporarily lost access to my sites, the transfers did not go smoothly and I lost email functionality. When I asked them to fix the email functionality they claimed that it wasn't their fault but they could "diagnose the problem" at a rate of $65 an hour. When the website was complete they then tried to upsell me on their "security protection services" in case my site got hacked. Seriously? There are much better designers and developers out there. Do you self a favor and keep looking.

And, he has made no attempt to change the libel posted in response to my original review. He is putting far too much effort into the WRONG area. He needs to leave me alone. Harassing me is not the way to get the result he is seeking. And, I caution him again to refrain from threatening me with legal action for posting truthful reviews. Litigation is costly for both parties. It would be better if he simply let the matter go.
