Do you want to know why, Maureen? Because karma has a way of coming back to those who hurt others. Life isn't about taking, it's about following through with what you promise to deliver. And you didn't. After the full duration of the contract, you maybe provided one or two dates for my daughter, and then refused to reimburse me. Instead, you were nasty--calling me a pest, insulting me, and turning into a completely different person once you had my money. It's clear to me you are scamming both the elderly and the young--taking their hope, their money, and their trust, then turning on them when they dare to question you. You lure people in with positivity and promises, then change your tune once the funds are in your account. That's not matchmaking, it's deception. And Maureen, fabricating only goes so far. I hope every person you've hurt--financially and emotionally--gets back what rightfully belongs to them. Since you're obviously not able to provide services as promised in the agreement, everyone should be entitled to their money back. He came on time and was there until the end of the party. He took lots of action shots and group shots. He also took a few quick videos for us, like when we were singing happy birthday. I found out that YP has a history of doing the wrong thing through business. They overcharge, are not true to their word and will send out threateing e-mails when you don't agree with their policies. From my experience, when I hired them to do my advertising, they were supposed to do a 10 mile radius. Instead I've recieved calls from people 55 miles and further which is obviously too far. I suggest to anyone who is considering using YP to expect to get taken advantage of and aggravated over their terrible business practices.
