I really gave him the reins--he asked me about a color theme, and although I gave him a general idea, I wasn't completely sure what I wanted. Joey took it from there and chose colors, design elements, and content that felt completely right for me. I was honestly amazed at how little I needed to change. He really listened, understood my style, and brought everything together beautifully. So far, my experience has been excellent, and I would highly recommend working with Joey!

Mark was AMAZING! Great web design to suit your every need. Patient, friendly, efficient, creative and innovative. Mark really went step by step through the process to help build the website of our dreams. After all, who takes this kind of time these days? We get so many complements. I am always confident to recommend him. He is always available to tend to all our needs... updates, additions. This is just as important as the initial setup. So easy to work with. Not to mention he taught us so much more... about email management and advertising. He is a wealth of knowledge. His prices are fair and the service is OUTSTANDING! We can't say enough. In short, a website IS your business and Mark is the BEST!!

I can honestly say that in my experience, I have not worked with two people more eager to "get it right", listen to exactly what we wanted, and execute in an incredibly professional and diligent manner. Not only did they turn the work incredibly fast, it was nearly perfect on the first presentation of our new Eastline Theatre website. What is incredible about that is that it means they REALLY listened to what we wanted and made choices based on what we felt was important BUT THEN added the things they knew from their experience would really matter in our web visitors' experience with our site. A truly remarkable experience. I could not recommend them more highly!.

My entire experience with Derek and the team at TopNotch has been outstanding. We interviewed…read moreseveral web developers before making a final decision, however, something felt "right" about my many conversations with Derek--and I'm glad I listened to my gut. When we started the project, he took the time to precisely dissect not only what we were looking for aesthetically, but also what we "needed" on the practical side--all while staying within our budget. Their communication is beyond excellent and Derek is just a pleasure to speak with. We spoke on a scheduled weekly basis, and I can't tell you how important those calls are to stay on-target. I've worked with other non-local developers in the past and it was a nightmare (between communication issues, false promises, poor design, etc.). My goal was to go local with this project and TopNotch has been a dream. I also like the fact that he's not a "yes man". He actually listens to what I'm looking for and makes suggestions accordingly. Our conversations are always constructive and collaborative. I feel like we're a team, not that I'm just paying someone to make my website. I would absolutely use them again in a heartbeat if I were to do it all over. They've gone above and beyond and I couldn't be happier. In fact, we have several more projects we're looking to tackle within the next year or so, and plan on using TopNotch Dezigns. I'm so excited our vision has come to life for our website, but at the same time also sad that our weekly calls with Derek have come to an end. I felt he's become both a colleague and friend. Thanks so much. Derek! You and your team of wonderful talent are truly amazing. Cheers! Check out how our site came out! =) www.mfmbankers.com

What should've taken a few months ended up taking 6 months and a ton of headaches. I temporarily lost access to my sites, the transfers did not go smoothly and I lost email functionality. When I asked them to fix the email functionality they claimed that it wasn't their fault but they could "diagnose the problem" at a rate of $65 an hour. When the website was complete they then tried to upsell me on their "security protection services" in case my site got hacked. Seriously? There are much better designers and developers out there.
