iDesign Group was founded in Larchmont as one of the first interactive branding agencies in the New York area. More than thirty years in, we've helped hundreds of brands — from Westchester main street to national companies — build, refresh, and grow their identities.
The services have evolved with the work. Websites came first. Branding systems, print, marketing, and media production followed. In 2026 we added iPilot, our AI implementation service for small businesses that want practical AI installed into the way they already work.
What hasn't changed: we still show up in person, we still build the thing, and we still answer the phone when it rings. That's the iDesign way, and it's been the iDesign way since 1994.
Meet the Business Owner: Michael L.
Michael is a Partner at iDesign Group and a disabled U.S. Air Force veteran. He holds an MBA and a DBA in Strategy and Innovation.
Michael leads iDesign's work with clients ranging from Westchester small businesses to national brands, and oversees iPilot — the firm's newest service, helping small businesses install AI into the way they already work.
At his core: he believes in showing up, doing the work, and staying on long enough to see it pay off.
