    I have made several print orders from this Staples and have always had an easy and smooth…read moreexperience. Most of my print orders are sent online, usually for same day or a quick turnaround. Most if not all of those quick turnarounds are ready way before the estimated print time. I always get a call from a team member to let me know when my order is ready for pick up. The store is clean and organized. Everyone I encounter is pleasant and helpful. I will continue to print from this Staples location whenever I can.

    Updating on the disastrous event that occurred by making the mistake to trust Staples with an…read moreimportant UPS overnight air package. Staples opened a claim for a "lost package." It can take weeks to resolve the claim. Don't have that kind of time. This package needed to be received today. Without any proof at all, Staples is claiming that UPS picked up the package. Zero proof that happened. There's no update at UPS. UPS doesn't show that they even have the package. Headed to the UPS store and recreate the entire 47 page package, sign originals, secure in a binder and send from the UPS store that's trusted! Never count on or trust Staples. That's a big mistake. Update: It's 4:27 in the morning on Tuesday and the IMPORTANT PACKAGE that needed to be delivered to Indianapolis today from Queen Creek Az still hasn't been updated by UPS to even be in their possession. I mailed overnight from the UPS Store in Queen Creek last week. Brought the package in at the SAME time, around 11 am. By 6pm the package I sent last week from the UPS store was scanned in as "in their possession in their Mesa facility." That package arrived the following morning. I'll be in Staples to get a FULL REFUND. I'm posting this so whoever reads this knows NOT TO TRUST STAPLES WITH OVER NIGHT AIR. We mailed OVERNIGHT AIR to Indianapolis from Queen Creek Staples Monday Morning. it is supposed to be delivered Tuesday morning. The cost was $130.00. It's after midnight on Tuesday morning and the overnight air ups hasn't even been updated to "in possession of ups." Should've gone to the UPS store. DO NOT TRUST STAPLES with important next day air! Staples should've said they can't get next day air done and we should go to the UPS Store. WARNING DON'T TRUST STAPLES! You'll be wasting your money and very disappointed.

    I recently emailed print and lamination service request to the Casa Grande AZ OfficeMax. Right…read morebefore payment, I noted it stated my order would be ready next business day. It was a few minutes before 2pm. I need the items early the next morning. I had the thought to call the print department! Gentleman I spoke to confirmed that there were orders ahead of mine therefore the information I received. He inquired about the order and I shared information with him. He mentioned they may be able to get it done (no promises) by 6pm that day. He was polite, sincere, and empathetic. I submitted the order with fingers crossed. Best part of this? I received a text message well before 6pm that my order was ready for pickup! I was able to get my print service products delivered the next morning right on schedule! Many thanks to print services @ OfficeMax Casa Grande for going above and beyond.

    I only needed sleeves and copy paper. Their copy paper was 2 for $12. However, when I took it to…read morethe checkout, it rang up individually. I noticed that as I got ready to put my credit card in. Thus, I mentioned it to the cashier, Steve. Wow! He jumped all over me telling me that he hadn't totalled it yet. I indicated to him that he gets pretty irritated when someone mentions it to him. He said he has to explain it a 100 times a day. Then, I said but you've only said it to me once and you jumped all over me. He did apologize but he definitely needs better customer service manners.
