She answered all my questions. Helped me navigate my son's busy schedule and the dentist available times. She was so patient. She told me Vickie would be calling to help me verify the insurance. Ms. Vickie...is the GOAT. She is so kind!! When you meet her, you feel like she's some how apart of your family?? Or like, a friend you've known a really long time. She so just...kind. Went over every detail of the bill. Made sure I fully understood and agreed with next steps. I appreciated that once in office both Dominique and Ms Vickie spoke directly to my children. Acknowledged them as the patients and as people. The office is very clean. What I appreciated THE MOST, and I told them, was their scheduling was superb. We walked in for a 1 oclock appointment, and was seen at 1 oclock. We didn't sit in the lobby waiting. There was no one in there until we left. We've been there 4 times now (kids needed some cavities filled and we spread it out for time) and each time, no one is coming until we're walking out. They have it DOWN. I appreciate people that respect my time. I hate waiting 30 min to an hour or hour. Arriving on time to sit. The technology in office was very good. The doctor was excellent. Explained everything. Give recommendations. Got the work done. I highly recommend it. And once you meet the front office, you'll know they definitely reflect the back office and the doctor. It's great here.

My husband has our insurance plan all taken care of so I know I have insurance and he called to make an appointment for me and let the woman know our insurance policy number the name of the insurer and that we were covered also asked her to verify the insurance before I drove down there which she said she did. Turns out She did not verify my insurance so when I got there, she was extremely rude to me. Made me sit down to fill and in front of everybody not even privately told me I need your Social Security number. She wrote it on a piece of scratch paper so I immediately felt weird by writing down my whole number. I didn't understand why she needed it, especially when I handed her my medical card from Mutual of Omaha., she told me Mutual of Omaha does not do dental insurance. Yes they do. She just didn't want to check.. She then proceeds to call the insurer I used to have only to find out that I was not covered through them, which is what I told her that I now had Mutual of Omaha dental again she told me they don't have dental insurance again. I told her they do and handed her my card at this point. I was very upset because all of this should've been verified before I even arrived.. I did not end up getting seen by the doctor and I have chosen to move to another dental place in Rancho Cucamonga instead, the front desk woman is extremely unprofessional does not know how to do her job and should not be asking people to write their Social Security numbers on random sheets of paper that are not even official. I would never come here again. She also asked my husband to take her phone number and said she had a special job for him, I was so shocked by this , she is sketchy AF!!!

Once they scammed my exam and fees, Dr Octoman refused to complete the medical form and avoided my calls and staff could not provide an explanation. Dr refused to come out to see me. Absolutely awful and 100% fraudulent attempt to scam thousands of dollars from my insurance. What an unethical disgrace. Would never recommend to my worst enemy. Highly recommend if you want shitty dental work and fraudulent billing. This business should not exist. It was also very dirty and unsanitary. A spider was dropping from the ceiling. I strongly do not recommend taking children here…read more I went to this place one month ago. Three weeks prior I had appointment with Dr Kim, we came in for X-rays and were told there were two cavities that needed fillings, so we scheduled an appointment for fillings last months. When we arrived, the nurse said the previous X-rays were unclear and needed to be retaken entirely. Then Dr. Kim said there were actually five cavities, and that two of them were so severe they might need to be extracted. While my son was having the X-rays taken, he gagged a few times--which is quite common. He did not resist at all throughout the process, but Dr. Kim said he was uncooperative and needed to inhale some gas first, followed by IV sedation to put him to sleep. IV sedation always carries some level of risk, and it's best avoided if possible. As a doctor, you should at least have basic patience. A six-year-old child cannot be expected to sit perfectly still like an adult. During the entire exam, the dentist made no effort to communicate or interact with my child. As a pediatric dentist, if you don't have patience, then you should treat adults instead. I understand that putting a child under general anesthesia makes it easier and faster for you to complete the procedure and move on to the next patient--especially since your income is tied to efficiency. But as a doctor, shouldn't you first consider local anesthesia and try the least invasive approach? Therefore, I strongly, strongly do not recommend the pediatric dentist Dr. Kim at this clinic.
