A person , on foot, has to walk to the very back of the bank, and use the ATM, in the dark, where all the cars get to use it at the drive thru. I think that is ridiculous & dangerous. The "Teller" seemed ok, I've had friendlier. This is definitely not the bank I will continue to go to, even if it's closest to where I live. I don't even know if they do drive thru transactions? It didn't look like it, but I couldn't tell for sure.

The reason I don't give this place a good rating is because even though they're friendly enough, I was so angry from my experience at M&T down the road that I came in here to ask if they can give me a bank account with no fees and no weird bullsh** charges if I don't use the account very often... And basically what I got from this is that, maybe, just maybe, they would do things in a less shady manner than M&T - but they weren't very convincing, so while they were friendly, by the time I talked to them at length I realized that just like M&T they have their hidden charges and odd fees and I guess all the banks are doing it now - so I decided not to switch.

She agreed ok, I can do that for you. Then I had to provide my ID, which then had to be entered into her computer. All this for 30 singles and some some fives. They were nice, but the whole process what just strange to me. Would of be easier just going to Tops for change!

The building is absolutely gorgeous. I've only been here a couple of times (although I've driven or walked past it 100 times) and it's a pretty standard branch of this bank which is of course my bank, and I'm frustrated with them, because for some reason they have to charge and use little fees and are pretty shady in every regard - but I give this one a little extra credit because the building is so nice. The teller was like a ninja with how fast she was able to deposit my check. I was impressed; I've been to a lot of different branches and I swear I've never had someone be that speedy. It took about 2 seconds. I haven't had to go to this branch to do any serious banking just yet (such as ACH transfers or anything of the sort), but they seem pretty laid back and not overly busy.
