A person , on foot, has to walk to the very back of the bank, and use the ATM, in the dark, where all the cars get to use it at the drive thru. I think that is ridiculous & dangerous. The "Teller" seemed ok, I've had friendlier. This is definitely not the bank I will continue to go to, even if it's closest to where I live. I don't even know if they do drive thru transactions? It didn't look like it, but I couldn't tell for sure.

The reason I don't give this place a good rating is because even though they're friendly enough, I was so angry from my experience at M&T down the road that I came in here to ask if they can give me a bank account with no fees and no weird bullsh** charges if I don't use the account very often... And basically what I got from this is that, maybe, just maybe, they would do things in a less shady manner than M&T - but they weren't very convincing, so while they were friendly, by the time I talked to them at length I realized that just like M&T they have their hidden charges and odd fees and I guess all the banks are doing it now - so I decided not to switch.

First I was asked if I had an account, which I thought weird, I just want change. But okay..Of course I do not, explained I just wanted make change, she then asked me how much, 80 bucks. She agreed ok, I can do that for you. Then I had to provide my ID, which then had to be entered into her computer. All this for 30 singles and some some fives. Okay, thanks..but, he never did point me to the bathroom and I didn't care to ask a second time. I deposited a check here; it was quick, painless and easy. The teller was like a ninja with how fast she was able to deposit my check. I was impressed; I've been to a lot of different branches and I swear I've never had someone be that speedy. It took about 2 seconds. I haven't had to go to this branch to do any serious banking just yet (such as ACH transfers or anything of the sort), but they seem pretty laid back and not overly busy. Granted, I did come here around 3p on a weekday, so we'll see if this changes as I'm sure to be back numerous times since this is the closest branch to my house.

On 10/07/25, however, M&T permitted them to deduct another autopay, effectively wiping out my checking account. That was TEN days ago and my money STILL has not been restored to my account. All I've received is a barrage of lies and excuses. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and very near the breaking point because of these sick, unprofessional hogs. My nerves are in ribbons as I face a weekend with no food, no gas, no nothing.

I was at counter, and I asked if we can count all that money somewhere in the office, or anywhere, but not directly on the counter, I was told it HAS to be there?!?! I asked for manager, girl behind a counter told me manager will be with me shortly, but supervisor showed up again and told me manager will be busy for hours...
