My experience with MR TOWING was an absolute disaster from beginning to end. My insurance company dispatched them to give me a jump-start after I called at 6:40 AM. I was told the driver would arrive in 20-30 minutes, which seemed reasonable--until I ended up waiting over 70 minutes with zero communication, zero updates, and zero professionalism.
When I finally called the number provided, the situation somehow got even worse. The person assigned to help me was literally still in bed. I could hear him yawning through the phone, sounding completely confused and half-asleep. He admitted he had been sleeping and was still accepting jobs anyway--something that makes absolutely no sense for a company that claims to offer roadside assistance. Instead of apologizing or showing any urgency, he expected me to wait even longer while he figured himself out.
The level of incompetence was unreal. I was stranded with a dead battery while the "professional" who was supposed to assist me was just waking up and trying to remember what planet he was on.
And to make everything worse, I would have expected management to call me after this mess, to apologize or at least acknowledge the situation--but unsurprisingly, I heard nothing. No call, no follow-up, nothing. That silence alone tells me everything I need to know about how this company is run.
Based on my experience, MR TOWING is unreliable, unprofessional, and completely lacking in accountability. I would strongly recommend avoiding them at all costs. read more
