This is something that absolutely should not happen after a basic oil change. I had to take my car to another shop the very next day, only to find out that my oil pan had been cracked during the service. As a result, I had to pay for a completely new oil pan and another oil change expenses I should never have had to deal with. To make matters worse, I've called the shop 7 times trying to get this addressed, and not once has anyone answered. The lack of accountability and communication is just as frustrating as the damage itself. This situation was not only inconvenient but also costly and stressful. An oil change is one of the most basic services, and damaging a major component like the oil pan is unacceptable. I trusted this location with my vehicle, and instead, I ended up with a bigger problem than I came in with. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with this experience. I would not recommend taking your car here if you expect careful, reliable service save your money and go somewhere else
