I would recommend M&M to anybody needing to service their garage door. This business was highly professional, honest, and fairly priced. M&M was, in fact, the only repair service that returned my call in a timely fashion and was the only one that was able to come repair my garage door same day. Everything that needed to be replaced was thoroughly explained to me as well as what I should do to extend the life of my parts. And the price was more than reasonable especially for the amount of work I had to have done (both springs replaced, all of my pulleys, both wires, and all of the dowels on the door itself). Not to mention that the gentleman that came to do the service was friendly and expedient. read more

Their services were GREAT! My garage stopped working amidst a family emergency, and Mike was very courteous with providing us with options for service. We opted for service the next morning, to which Jay arrived promptly and immediately got to work. His work was efficient and precise. The pricing is affordable, as well. I would definitely recommend M&M Services to anyone who asks! read more

Great service throughout. We hired Mike to install a brand new garage door, track, and opener. He was responsive and professional throughout the process. The installation was done efficiently - Mike had someone else on his team install it but came to inspect it himself afterward. Definitely recommend! read more

Mike did a great job installing a new Liftmaster system for one of my garage doors. Mike took the time to lay out 3 different options for me and went through the pros/cons of each of them as well as let me know that he could just repair the old one if I wanted that. Mike pointed out some of the issues with the current one (which was 20 years old) and that I would probably be better off in the long run replacing it, as I would likely have another problem a year from now. Mike is a straight-shooter which is unusual in his business. Mike also explained how I could troubleshoot any problems with the door in case of power outages, etc. which was helpful. Mike's rates are reasonable and he seems very trustworthy. read more

Mike is easy to deal with. His prices are competitive. His service is excellent. He delivers on his promises, and his products are high quality. He hauled away the old doors and mechanisms, and cleaned up perfectly. He underpromises and delivers. He told me it would be 2 weeks before the doors arrived, and it was one week. When the doors arrived, he installed the next day, today. I am VERY pleased. read more

After getting stood up by another company, Mike came through for us same-day. He rewired our interior garage door openers, programmed new universal remotes, fixed our outdoor keypad and even programmed my car to the garage doors (I had no idea it had that capability). His price was reasonable and he was an all around nice guy. He even followed up a couple weeks later to make sure everything was working well. A+ !! read more

On Christmas Day, I noticed a serious problem with my garage door (frayed cables!). The very next morning I reached out to several local repair companies. I did not like their estimates or the way I was being treated as a potential customer. Looked up M&M Services and since they were close and had great reviews, I contacted them. Here's my experience: 1. Returned my call quickly and gave a reasonable quote. 2. Found an opening in their schedule and came out the SAME DAY. 3. Showed up on time! 4.Were professional, courteous, and did excellent work. 5. Final cost was extremely affordable. Bottom line, I feel fortunate to have found this company, and appreciate the reviews given by others on Yelp. I rate M&M Services very highly and recommend them to anyone needing their services. read more

DO NOT TRUST! Undelivered promises, shoddy workmanship. Mike came and gave an estimate for my three-car garage. He verbally confirmed that everything would be brand-new except for the torsion springs and the door itself. When they did the work, they DID NOT INCLUDE NEW GARAGE DOOR TRACKS except on one bent area. In addition, on the one bent area he replaced, it was installed incorrectly, so that when the garage door came down it would rub against the garage door frame and take off paint and wood! When I called to complain, he said that new tracks were not in the written estimate. I guess I should not have just trusted his word. read more

I recommend Mike unconditionally! He is awesome: kind, fast, knowledgeable and really honest. I called 3 companies before talking to him. I did not know what to expect. Now, I am so happy to find THE guy to go to for all my garage problems. This year, I hope to remodel my garage, it will be 100% with his support. read more

I found M&M Services through Yelp at around 3pm, after I had hit my car on the garage door when I was leaving in a rush, derailing the door from the track. I could no longer close the garage door, and to make matters worse, the weather forecast projected 6-10 inches of snow overnight. Mike was very accommodating to this information, and promised to come over at around 6:40 pm to fix things. He came at exactly that time and finished changing the wheels on the garage door very quickly (20 mins). He was prompt and efficient, and I would wholeheartedly recommend his service to everyone that needs a fix for any problems with their garage door(s). read more

Our garage door collapse owing to a wrong doing by the previous owner. We called Mike and he showed up on time. It is not a normal job since the door is almost ruined in a very dangerous angle. However, after some careful planning, Mike is able to fix a couple of the key components and skillfully fix the whole door. It saves us the money of replacing the whole door. Most importantly, the price is very reasonable and he is not willing to take more even if we offer to. We will definitely recommend Mike in our neighborhood and friends around! read more

Contacted M&M based on the yelp reviews. Called on a Sunday because my garage door stopped functioning. Immediately Mike answered and offered to come to see the problem. I actually was calling for a future appointment date which he agreed to. He came on said date on time. Tried to fix the problem and recommended that I call the manufacturer and see if they would be willing to send me a replacement part. He took about 20 minutes trying to correct the problem. I asked him how much did I owe him and he said "nothing". Well, I called the manufacturer per his instructions and they actually mailed me a replacement part, which was the motor, and I called Mike to install it. He came on time, installed the new motor, and then texted me a week later to make sure everything was working. I would highly recommend Mike. He was honest and reliable. read more

Mike was an absolute pleasure to work with. He responded quickly to my quote request and quoted by far the best rate I had received from multiple vendors, despite the fact that he had to come further and cover the cost of tolls. He was quick, efficient, and did an excellent job of explaining all of my options for fixing my garage door, and let me know that he would try to least expensive option first. No surprises there, and he was happy to find that my existing parts worked well after his adjustment and servicing, even though he could easily have told me more work or parts were needed. He wouldn't even accept the tip I offered! read more

We found Mike on Yelp as we needed a new lift motor as well as some adjustment for the tracks and some new spring/wheels hardware. True to the reviews, he was competent and fair on pricing.. Not only that, responsive, professional and on time. Just a very good service person to deal with, 5/5. read more
