As she was hanging up, the person on the phone said "Thanks for wasting my time." This is the same person I also talked to when we made our initial reservation who sternly told me to "LISTEN" as I had a bit of trouble navigating on the website with her bad directions. I let that one go and complied with her, perhaps she was having a bad day, but blatantly saying my wife wasted her time for modifying a reservation? Unbelievable. Since the business has great reviews, I believe this is an issue with the person we spoke to. Luckily, the rest of the experience of getting the bounce house on time and playing in it was great.
