Within days, the company was able to come out and evaluate our yard, give pricing estimations and recommendations on next steps, and scheduled services. Savvas was incredibly prompt, informative, and transparent. We aligned on the budget, priority areas, and treatment products. When a last minute opening became available, the team reached out and were able to get the work done ahead of schedule. They completed complete de-weeding of 3 major areas of our yard IN LESS THAN 2 HOURS! I have no idea how they worked so efficiently. After the cleanup was completed, Savvas took me around to explain how we can now maintain this beautiful yard we have back and I feel empowered as a homeowner. His team was able to take a daunting task that seemed insurmountable and give me back a yard I'm proud of (that won't bite back)! I can't thank his team enough for giving my family peace of mind (and multiple weekends) back to enjoy in these last weeks of nice weather.

Owner told me on phone it was 2 years aged. Gary, at Arrow Tree Service, Chicopee took agreed upon money, delivered 25% less that I paid for and gave me green, uncured wood while I was away from home. Gave him a chance to rectify, by contacting him on phone. He informed me that I was wrong and nothing was offered to make his dishonest service right. Told me it was wet because of rain. Has not rained for a couple weeks now and it is covered and still not burning. Do not recommend use of his tree services ever! Not an honest person. He advertises on craigslist.
