I was driving my Range Rover on 440 when a person with road rage slammed into the back of my vehicle. It caused significant damage and was completely unavoidable. I have never been in a car accident and didnt know how to proceed. I was so lucky to have a referral from the people who sold me the vehicle in the certified used program at range rover to get quality parts and service so my car if ever i want to sell it will be certified used. I am a doctor and driving to them with my schedule was a bit challenging due to my workload and they sent drivers to pick up and deliver my vehicle. Collision Center worked with my company and convinced them on what really needed to be done based on the extent of the damage and their experience and expertise in making these repairs. Collision Center are real experts and saved me from having 2nd class repairs on my new car. Unfortunately, my front bumper was damaged again by someone backing into my car and puncturing my bumper right near the sensors. My insurance gave me an estimate to take to their shop. Collision Center gave me an estimate. I shared both estimates with the insurance company and Collision Center. That's when the show started! LOL! After about a week of negotiating, my insurance company agreed with the Collision Center experts on the actual extent of the damage and needed repairs! THESE GUYS ARE SIMPLY EXPERTS AND ARE OBVIOUSLY VERY PROFESSIONAL! While there are a few other repair shops that can probably do just as good a job as Collision Center, I believe there are none that can do what they do so professionally and friendly! Regardless of who you speak with there, you will enjoy the experience - like you doing business with a true friend. They are a genuine pleasure to work with. While I don't expect to have my car damaged again soon, if it does, the upside is that I know where to go to have it repaired the right way effectively and efficiently! They are clearly 2nd to NONE!

Firestone told her that she needed five different engine mounts and it was going to cost about $1,500. I told her she needed to get a second opinion so we went to BSO automotive together. Immediately, we were greeted by a very friendly man named Bryant, who I believe is the owner. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and kind. He had me get behind the wheel and rev the engine a few times as he watched the engine. He said that only two mounts were bad! And he explained why he knew that. We were very lucky as he was able to fit us in that morning, and a couple hours later, and more than half the price, my mom's car was good as new! Bryant knew what she was bringing the car in for, and what she was told at Firestone. He could have easily just come in a couple hundred dollars under that and taken her for a ride. His honesty and integrity meant a lot to me and to my mother. He even drove us to Lake Ave so we could walk around while he worked on the car, and offered to pick us up! Most recently Timothy repaired damage on my mom's 2015 BMW Z4, including the passenger side rocker panel and front bumper area. The car came back looking absolutely brand new. The attention to detail, paint match, body lines, and finish quality were excellent. You honestly cannot tell the vehicle was ever damaged. Timothy clearly takes pride in his work and did the repair correctly instead of rushing through it. What impressed me even more was the professionalism. This was a mobile repair at the house, and right before he arrived a large tree removal crew showed up next door with lifts, equipment, noise, and workers all around the driveway area where he was supposed to work. Instead of complaining or getting flustered, he calmly worked through the distraction, stayed focused, and still completed the project on schedule with excellent results. My mom is 90 and still enjoys driving her BMW Z4, so let's just say it's good to have someone trustworthy like this in the Rolodex when life happens.
