Not only was I NOT greeted with so much as a 'welcome' or 'be right with you' but was totally ignored by the two employees I could see; neither doing anything that I could tell was in any way helping customers. The store was open till 10:00, so it wasn't like I was trying to slip in at closing time. They were just not interested in doing a damn thing. Someone...the franchise owner or corporate...needs to provide a bit of customer service training. It doesn't take much to make a customer feel welcomed or to ACTUALLY HELP THEM.
