Many other folks had the same idea, so I knew this place was reputable (in addition to all its great online reviews) They gave me a call by 10:30am letting me know they could fix the whirring with a new belt. Also identified my brakes were at their end of life and offered to replace. Their quote for 4 new brake pads was extremely reasonable. By 1:45 my car was done being serviced and I went back to pick it up. Easy check out. No line. Very nice staff. A complete success. I had been taking my car around to a few different shops in the area, and wasn't really having any luck, so I was pretty exhausted by trying to explain everything, but right away, they were just like "we'll just do a full inspection of everything!" I wasn't fully confident that they'd catch much (as other shops had not been able to catch anything going on). I took the car in right as they closed on a Wednesday, and by like 10am the next morning, I was sent a link to TekMetric - an app they use to document their entire process, including photos, diagnoses, and individual notes from the tech. The total on the repairs was MUCH higher than I anticipated, and I was a bit freaked out, but when I called them, I spoke with the person who inspected my car, and we went through each item individually over the phone, and discussed what was immediate safety concerns, things I SHOULD do but could get away with, and things that are more preventative measures that will need to be addressed down the line. They were very upfront with me about the timeline, which was a very quick turnaround. I've seriously have never been so impressed with a shop before. Their labor cost per hour was a little bit higher than what I saw from other local shops, but honestly, for this level of service, and how confident I was moving forward with the work, it was worth it.

With them none, same for pick up. Yuri was so pleasant and helpful, I inquired about getting a detail, specifically the inside. It really needed it. He gave me some info, but said I should speak to Oliver. At first I was going to go mini, but then went full. When I inquired he told me what they do for each, there was no upsell, no pressure. I will say it looks beautiful. I also had them do some touch up where the paint came off. The gave the exterior a very good wash. I'm very pleased with the whole process, and recommend them highly. I'm proud to be seen with my vehicle again, instead of walking away quickly. You know how it is when you ride looks trashed. So glad I made this choice.

After inspecting the tires, they told me they were wearing evenly and didn't need to be rotated--so they didn't charge me for it. Ultimately they were not able to fix it and I still had to take it to the dealer for repair who told me the damage that was done would result in an even more expensive repair. Overall, I had a horrible experience with poor communication throughout. They had my car for several weeks and I had to chase them for updates. After the first week with no updates, I finally reached the shop manager and the response I got was to "be patient". This was the state of my car when I picked it up, which was not the state I dropped it off in. Although my car was over 10 years old it was in nearly perfect condition when I dropped it off. The car was hit while parked on the street outside the shop. When I saw the damage I went back into the shop and they sent me to their body shop to have it buffed out. Much of the damage came out but not all of it. Nothing was offered to rectify the damage done to the interior of the car. I sent emails to the shop with the pictures below, but got no response.

I have to give them credit as they changed my oil but things went badly wrong beyond that…read more They informed me I had an oil leak. This was correct. My oil pressure sensor was in fact leaking. They said the sensor cost $110 and labor would would be two hours for $150ish. I had my other car have this sensor failure last year. I pointed out the auto parts store on the next block had the sensor for $26 and you literally just unscrew the sensor. They came back with a bid just over $100 with a special appointment. I drove to my usual mechanic and we got a sensor for $11 lifetime warranty and 0.6 hours labor for around $70. The lift was occupied so we attacked the problem with floor jacks with most the time getting around the oil filter.
