They said everything right to get the contract and then that's when it all went downhill. They promised to wrap all of our furniture and provide a box for our TV for our long distance out of state move, however on the moving day they did not provide any of the services after we gave the deposit. This was a long distance move from Ohio to Florida. Multiple pieces of expensive furniture and other items were damaged, and we are still currently dealing with the insurance company through them. They also damage the wall of our expensive home. They even try to upsell us on moving blankets midway through the move. When they arrived to Florida the owner was very clear that he demanded full payment before finishing the move. At the end of the move, they were supposed to move certain things to a storage unit and certain things into an apartment however the owner decided that he was done for the day at around 2 PM and I had to move heavy coffee tables and boxes by my own transportation in the rain later on that evening, after a long days work. This move by the way cost me about $13,000. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Be very careful with the Google reviews. It's very obvious that companies like these hire people to post positive reviews, however scroll to the negative reviews as well as yelp and you will see how bad of a company this is.
