The only way to find out is just to do your research, find a glass company that specializes in the older glass replacements and ask questions if you've got em (which I did). My insurance sent me to Safelite, but after reading their reviews there was no way I was going to trust them with my truck! I found Blue Chip and their amazing customer feedback online and gave them a call. Kelly answered my questions, and was humbled by my asking to switch from Safelite. The appointment was set, lobby was stocked with delicious snacks (even vegan) and drinks, and the bathroom was clean. Chris checked me in, and John checked me out when it was time to leave. Freddy did a stellar job on my truck, even grabbing me to show what the body of my truck looked like after removing the old glass (yeah, there was some rust there). He explained that while he can do his best to clean it up by grinding it, that there would be a chance in the future for leaks and would be unavoidable unless I got body work done to fix it, which I opted out of. I thanked him for his transparency. Mind you, I have a 1999 GMC Suburban, which is not perfect, but I don't mind it. Freddy showed me my glass when he was all finished and I couldn't have been happier! I met Kelly in person as I was leaving and find that he is a great business owner who really cares about his clients and their experience with his shop. This is the type of business I have no problem supporting every time, and if I need them in the future, "I'll be back".

Found this company by doing a Google search and called and setup an appointment for the following…read moreday. Told me they were wide open and I asked for a morning appointment. Was then told that the installer would be to my house from 8am to 12 noon. Really, I have to take a half day off work to get my windshield changed? Anyway, I agreed because the price was about what I was expecting. The following day it was 11:30am before the installer showed up. He did the work quickly and after a couple hours of sitting looks like a decent job so the installer gets 4 stars (1 star off for being at the end of the appointment window). The problem I have is the person that came and did the job does not work for the company I hired. He is a subcontractor and does installs for companies that just take your order and then pay someone else to do the work. I would have never used this company had I known they were not going to do the work themselves. Also, I wrote out the check to the company I called which was M & J Auto Glass and the installer told me that wasn't the companies name. I went to their website and it shows that as their name but he was concerned about taking a check made out to another name then what hired him. He stated the companies name is Forever Auto Glass out of Surprise and I called and hired M & J Auto Glass with a Goodyear address. Even the invoice states Forever Auto Glass. I wish I had just called the installer himself and skipped the middle man.

Let me start by stating that Tara out of the Provo office was outstanding from the time we had email exchanges to the time I arrived and took care of my car. Not only was she amazing but so where the crew, diligent, professional, courteous and efficient. The reservation, the repair and replacement including calibration was done with expertise and extremely quickly even if my car had all the bells and whistles on it. All I can do honestly is praise the service and work they performed. Their prices were competitive, and best of all you are supporting a small locally owned family business that take huge pride in their work, something you do not see in big box organizations. If you look elsewhere good luck. Would I recommend them, hands down in a heartbeat. They fixed my fully loaded Audi Allroad, and I will be back to see them to get my other car windows tinted. You get service, really people, a great family oriented business and support your local community, what more can you ask for. Thank you Prime Autoglass, I 100% recommended them to everyone. Magic Windshields did a good job. So, I needed a windshield for my Mustang, and I didn't really…read morethink much about it. For a different car I'd used "A large corporation that does windshields that everyone has heard of and does passable work." Weirdly enough they couldn't do it, and it turns out I'm glad they couldn't. Apparently there are materials they couldn't get due to the age and style, so I had to check in to alternatives. Magic Windshield got back to me first and had marvelous reviews and I see why now. First, the frustrating. When I checked, they got back to me with a very low quote. I called them up, and I asked two questions. "Does it have a logo?" No. That costs more. Okay I figured it would. "This other company couldn't do it due to this that and the other. Are you sure you can do it?" Yes, but it will cost more because of these things. At this point I'm frustrated that people don't check before giving a quote and making appointments, but I'm starting to think I should just get it done, so I bite the bullet, pay a bit more, and make the appointment. A day later they are changing my appointment time; and I'm questioning my intelligence for making an appointment with a completely unknown entity. Now, the good. The glass fits like a glove, unlike what was in the car before. They fixed the molding that the previous company messed up. They also aligned the trim correctly, which the previous company also messed up. The front of the car literally has never looked this good. Once they got here (and it turns out they had a good reason for the reschedule), they did a quick and efficient job. Despite the previous outfit's incompetence, they did not charge more. They fixed the problems, and were as good as their word on the quote. I promise, I had no idea that it had been done wrong, but now that it's right, I can tell. Bottom line, they did a good job. The work is good, they use the right parts, and though I paid a bit more than some others might have charged, it was worth it.

I called Magic Windshields because they were close to my work. Magic Windshields opened early so I called them right when they opened. I spoke with Gracie who was very helpful and checked with the installers and manager to make sure they could get my windshield replaced before I left work. I needed to leave work by 2pm at the latest and she made sure it would happen. I was also informed the company was also a recommended shop by my insurance, so that was a nice bonus. Gracie told me they could get it done and come to my work to get it done before 1pm. Cristian, the installer called me about 10 minutes before he arrived and quickly replaced my windshield. I am extremely thankful they were able to help me out so quickly and get me back on the road. The interaction I had with both employees was very pleasant and professional and the install was great.
