They took care of the master bedroom and a small portion of tiled bathroom. He left me an instructions for drying time. I called them up, got hold of someone on the phone on my first attempt and she had me scheduled for later that day. Ryan showed up, got my banquette cleaned in pristine condition in less than an hour and cleaned the carpet in my office which had terrible pet stains from my elderly dog. The carpet turned out completely spot-free, the odor was gone and it looked brand new. Ryan asked me a number of times if I was happy with their work and he could not have been nicer and professional. I can't recommend them enough.
