I trusted them with huge deposits of around $ 18,000 and have a lot of damages to recover. I hired them in June 2021 for a swimming pool enclosure. Jay, the "sales manager" who met me at my house, told me the work would be done by September 2021. It's been almost 12 months now. Every time I tried to reach Affordable Screen Enclosure they had a different excuse. Now they don't even answer my calls anymore. Jay, the "sales manager" has left the company. Cristina, who used to answer the phone, has left. Their workers are sub contractors. Paval Krutakov, "the owner", promised to resolve the issues but has also stopped responding. I have huge damages and amounts of money to recover and an open permit to deal with. The entire experience has being a nightmare!
