Even asking if he could just paint them all black because the French tip was a challenge for him. His response was, "That will be extra money. When we called, they answered but said they had shut everything down for the day. They told us she could return on Tuesday because the nail technician spent a long time on her nails. I explained he may have taken a long time but he did a very poor service. I explained that my daughter has a busy schedule--she's a military service member and a student at UK--and wouldn't be able to return as she would be leaving Louisville today.
