I was worried about my sandwich being toast until I was told that they'd add the lettuce afterwards to prevent it from wilting. The food came out quick. My wife asked for soy milk in her coffee which they had run out of. However one of the staff went to the corner store, JUST FOR US, to buy a new carton. I was amazed by this. This truly was a selfless act and to me it defined what great customer service is. Our food came out quickly and tasted amazing. I ordered the hoagie sandwich. I know in The States a hoagie is this massive bread roll sandwich thing, but this being Australia they brought out a toasted sandwich which tasted just like a hoagie. Perfect down to the last bite. There is no signage from the street to find this place, but if you are lost, just ask anyone in the local businesses because that is what I did.
