Red flags. 1) Only 1 person spoke English in the full salon, which made communication difficult as the customer only the owner knew what I expressed I wanted.... But he had the workers doing my hair who could not communicate with me 2) They never patch tested my hair. And then they left the bleach on my hair for 1 hour and 20 mins... my hair was not virgin and I knew I would take in 30 mins and I repeatedly told them that. My scalp was burned and I smelled like ammonia for 3 days and my long hair broke off 3) Even after they washed it off and they saw this was not the color I wanted they did not understand what I meant when I said "please tone it darker this is not what I wanted ". 4) owner still made me pay $350 for orange hair...... it was the worst salon experience I ever had and I been getting my hair done the last 15 years

She claimed she was just "thinning" my daughter's hair but took shears and chopped so close to the scalp that she left her with visible bald spots and blotchy patches that look like a bad buzz cut. This wasn't a trim or layering this was butchering her hair. What's worse is that my daughter was too afraid to speak up in the moment, but I'm not staying quiet. She also didn't realize the extent of damage that was done.I don't know where these people got their licenses, but judging by the mess Rachel left behind and the pattern in other reviews they should consider going back to cosmetology school. I have many friends in the cosmetology field and they were even frightened by the results. We even left a generous tip (which I now regret more than anything). The level of incompetence does not match the prices they're charging. If you care about your hair or your child's confidence, stay far away from this place.

The entire process, I got the signature spa service (78$) and well worth it. My head has been itchy from the dry winter weather, so much better after the treatment. You get a steam treatment too, neck and shoulder, arm and hand massage. AMAZING. I felt like I could melt into the table. I just had twins in October so I needed this. I gave a 20 dollar tip. It was well worth it. My lady Alice, was attentive, she asked if I was comfortable, if the water temp was good. Her hands were magic on my stiff neck and sore shoulders. If being 10 minutes late was truly going to prevent the full service, that should have been communicated upfront--instead of making me wait unnecessarily.
