    I can not loot in the mirror. This makes me SO mad!

    Will NOT go back! Today was my first and LAST time at Envy Me. I got NOTHING I asked for. First, I asked for a hair treatment (some kind of mask) I was told by the hairdresser, Jackie, that she doesn't have much time, so I only can get conditioner applied. Like what?! The mask takes 10-15mins and I did come a few mins earlier. So, NO mask. Second, The girl that was washing my hair did not ask if water temperature was ok and it was not (it was too cold for me). During the wash, you expect to get a head massage, right? Did not happen. So, NO head massage and cold water. Third, I came in with a long bob with longer front and asked to even out my length (and even showed the picture of what I want) since I want to grow out my hair and give it a healthy look. I end up with short front! Like why?! At the end, I was not able to leave a tip because they don't let you add tip on credit card, and they should inform clients (especially first time clients) about that. Idid feel bad about not leaving tip, but there really was no reason to leave one. Overall, I had bad experience and ended up with exactly what I did not want to get. I hate how my hair looks and will have to wait at least a few months to fix it since my hair grows very slowly. I do NOT recommend this place.

    Courteous staff, quality hair cut and style! No waiting! Clean and well maintained shop. Highly recommend.

    I went here for the first time after some work colleagues recommended Maria for blonde highlights…read more I brought pictures and stressed the fact I DID NOT want my hair yellow/golden blonde ( I personally do not wear it well and my colleagues have a gorgeous icy/silver that I thought she would be capable of doing on me as well ). I asked for ashy/silver blonde and left with 5 different color blondes in my hair, none of which matched what I asked for as a few pieces were even orange. PRIOR to even making my appointment, I told Maria my hair takes about 3 1/2 hours because I wanted to make sure the time allotted was adequate. My hair was done in two hours ( including cut and blowdry) and she even stated " next time we can go more silver/ashy". Pretty sure she knew the color was off immediately, but I personally can never tell with the salon lighting. That comment alone made me feel uneasy and I had a feeling it was going to be wrong. After looking in several different lightings and realizing how horrible my hair looked, I returned a few days later ( when my work schedule allowed) and Larry did a glaze for me. Unfortunately, but not to his surprise, the glaze did not help because the foil did not lift my hair where it needed to be to create the ashy blonde desired. I have been getting my hair highlighted since I am 13 years old and have had icy/silver before ( my base is also dirty blonde and warm so if done correctly, should be easily achieved by a professional). I called back to come in to get my hair re foiled as it was nowhere near what I asked for, but I think Larry already knew that. I was extremely embarrassed and unhappy with my hair and didn't even want to wear it down for the next several days . When I called back I was told I would need to pay for some of the service as "communication" was off the first time and it was going to be a lot of work. I was very direct and communicated several times that I DID NOT want my hair yellow/gold and provided photos prior to my first service. I am not sure how much clearer I could have possibly been. Communication on my end was NOT off and I felt like Larry was putting the blame on me for Maria's poor performance that day. To ask me to repay for what I already paid for is poor customer service in my opinion. It should have been done right the first time and none of us would have been in this situation, especially me. He saw my hair and knew it was nowhere near what I asked for so to place the blame on me was extremely uncalled for and his frustration was entirely misplaced. It was not my lack of communication that caused this outcome and I was very taken back and offended that it was portrayed in this way. After being totally disgusted by the outcome and then being told I had to pay for repairs, I cancelled that appointment. Not even ONE time did Maria reach out and apologize or try and make it right. It was all put on me to try and figure it out if I WANTED it fixed. You have to be kidding me! This is not how my situation should have been handled and quite honestly the salon should be ashamed of themselves for handling it in this manner. That's bad business. Her statement alone showed she knew the color was off after she blew my hair out, so accountability for her mistake would have been much appreciated. I felt my situation wasn't handled correctly at all as I was very open and honest about what I wanted. If Maria needed clarification, which I find hard to believe, then she should have asked. Although I wasn't charged for my glaze, I did leave a tip on the counter for Larry and the shampoo girl ( sorry I forgot her name) because I felt that was the right thing to do. However, the right thing for them to do for ME would have been to refoil my hair, FREE OF ANY CHARGES, if that's what was needed to achieve the DESIRED OUTCOME. My hair has never taken two hours to complete so I should have known something was wrong then. I believe the photos speak for themself so do with it what you will. The salon is adorable and the cut and blow out were nice, but the color is embarrassing and their approach to make it right was subpar to say the least. How does a stylist not even reach out to an unhappy client?! That alone just blows my mind.

Missy was super nice and thorough and took the time to discuss my hair with me, make suggestions and listen to my concerns. She and Gia were so kind and did everything they could to make me feel comfortable, and I was really happy with my immediate results. Now that I have been here for the third time and I feel like what my old salon did to my hair color is behind me, I can truly say that my hair has never looked better. Missy is a master with color and cuts and Gia is so amazing and gentle with blowouts and styling that not only did I love my hair, but I also felt like I had just had a massage. I felt so much happier and better about myself when I left the salon, and I received more compliments on my hair yesterday than I did in all the years of going to my old salon. As a bonus, the shop itself is lovely, immaculately clean and fun. Missy has given me helpful tips as to how to care for and style my hair at home, has recommended products and has been honest with me about cut, color and styling suggestions to suit my hair and face. AND, Gia's blowouts last for days! If you are looking for stylists who will make you look and feel your best, come to Missy & Gia at Salon Plush. I'm so happy I did!

She takes her time and never rushes. Although I have shorter hair which she is amazing at styling I have been at the salon while she is styling long hair. She is also known for her highlighting and coloring expertise. The salon is immaculate and they are always show concern for their client's needs. I highly recommend this salon! Giavana is also a wonderful hairstylist. They ate both friendly and cheerful. Getting a haircut at Salon Plush is always an amazing experience!
