They called back and we're very flexible with my schedule and ordered the part so I could have the windshield replaced on Monday morning. Showed up and they took about 90 minutes to work on my car. It looms great and was only a touch more than a shop in Nashville. Would recommend them.

I went to the location the next day to purchase the glass and was pleased with the quick service and price. I threw a variety of different questions and problems their way and they were very respectful and kind despite my ignorance. t's rare that I do this... but this was upsetting. It was…read moreshocking to be treated with such disdain and poor customer service coming from the "owner of this company." We agreed to a quote for a small repair. Our situation changed and we did not require the repair. The owner was immediately hostile, saying "oh well, are we supposed to just throw away what we ordered for you?" After explaining that we did not realize that their process required a "legally binding contract" for service when we accepted the quote, she continued to berate my fiance and I over the issue. We tried to ask her to calm down and not be so hostile, but she yelled about how she is recording the call and was never hostile. We then agreed to pay for whatever cost for materials had been incurred, she took a moment and told us "not to bother" and then asked us to "not come back". A little patience goes a long way, lady. We won't be back.
