The Gym has all the basics for most muscles groups and a nice free weight dumbbell set. The gym…read moreitself though is in utter disarray. The gym needs some major updating on the inside. I'm pretty sure the blinds that are held by weights are from the original bank the building use to be. Still has the old original bank carpet it looks like on the floors. The whole building is a flash back from the 70's and not in a good way. There's holes in walls. It's very dark inside most of the lights are burnt out. AC I don't think works, feels like a sauna. I found a board blocking a hole in the corner that looked like a mouse hole. Two major spots with broken mirror GLASS on the wall that hasn't been touched in the months I've been here, waiting for someone to cut themselves. I've seen people bring their kids inside. Talk about a law suit waiting to happen. I've seen multiple pieces of equipment broke with no out of service signs and has never got fixed still broken. Most of the bench's are cracked and wearing holes. The screws that hold the plates onto the dumbbells back out all the time. Just waiting for one to land on my face. Half the buttons on the treadmills don't work and I could hear one of the ellipticals rattling so bad everyone in the gym was staring because we thought it was about to fall apart. I walked past the same trash can multiple times for at least a month that was overflowing. The mens bathroom has carpet on the floor in the changing room and in the toilet stall GROSS! . Also the the showers in the mens bathroom as like 3 heads and it's all open. It's not high school. I'm not looking to shower naked with a bunch of other men. Plus the tile in the mens bath room looks like Bigfoot had an abortion on it. I wouldn't walk on it with 10ft stilts. I'm not sure if the owners of this gym just choose not to hire a manger or invest any money into their building and do basic maintenance and repairs but it's clear its either lacking the money for it or they just turn a blind eye. I don't want to shit all over their business cause it's a local gym but come on, at least take care of Your equipment. The product that makes you money! The reason your paying customers are there. I can't even find an email or a phone number on their website to tell them of their broken machines. I honestly would send people to tornado fitness in Aumsville instead. I really hope this gym gets the love and care it needs.

It doesn't look like much on the outside I agree, but lots of equipment on the inside and its 24/7…read more They now offer different classes in an adjoining workout room. I go during the week in the day and have the place to myself many times. You don't have all the "gym rats" and "grunters" most of the time. You do get a group of annoying teenage boys in the late evenings sometimes who leave the place a mess at times and you have to put their weights back and clean up after them. I think a few random trips at night by the owners would deter this. There is a 24hr Fitness in town but it is very small and doesn't have half the equipment this one does, which is much better bang for the buck I think.

I attended this gym for many years. Over six. The gym is next to a bar full of drunks, and the…read moreparking lot is full of meth use and dealing. The owner never responded to my issues or complaints over text. Never responded to me telling her I was attacked in front of her gym. Zero response, you can tell I was just a pain in her side. I was attacked directly in front of this gym, and instead of helping me, they canceled my membership on me for no reason. They would not provide me with a reason, and I had to make a deal out of getting my owed money back. I never received my last referral bonus. They clearly viewed me as a liability and simply expendable. Perhaps they are making too much $$, if the paying customers safety no longer matters. In fact, it never did matter. This gym had a homeless meth addict sleeping (living) directly in front of the gym on the sidewalk for over ten months. I was being asked by female gym goers to walk them out, they did not feel safe. I complained to the gym numerous times and they did nothing to help. I ended up having to go to the Stayton city council myself, in order to get the safety issue resolved. The owner has her number listed for help but never bothers to respond, what is that? This anytime fitness is much more expensive vs any of the other independent owned anytime fitness clubs. They only heat and cool, half of the gym. The gym is split into two sides, and the one side is always freezing or blasted hot. Every time there is a season change, it's always extremely hot or extremely cold for a week or two until someone can change the thermostat. The gym manager does not have permission to switch from heat to cool. Embarrassing for the money spent and something I've never had an issue with at other gyms. For anyone wondering, the club comes out to $60+ monthly. The anytime fitness in Lebanon is roughly half the price. My other two gym memberships are both half the price as well, with no contract. Honestly for the amount of money I have paid over the years, they could care less about you as an individual. The "trainer" glares at me in challenge, never said hello, never smiled. I had a ok experience in here until I was attacked. For the two weeks following being assaulted walking in their gym, I was treated with a obvious cold shoulder by club manager Candy, which led up to be being locked out and removed over the phone. 700 bucks a year gets you treated like a thorn. I have spent thousands here over the years, if only I would have known. I am excited to follow up with corporate. Thanks for nothing anytime!

If i was to rate this gym just on accessibility, equipment, cleanliness and over all experience, I…read morewould give it a FIVE (5) STAR rating. They have everything you could want and need for all your fitness goals. The gym is well cared for and very clean. The manager is SUPER FRIENDLY and very helpful. What appealed to me most was the really diverse group of people that go to this gym regularly who appear to be there to actually workout. Also The atmosphere is very comfortable and most definitely not a "meat market". That being said, as far as ownership and the way they manage this gym from a business standpoint, if i could give it negative stars I absolutely would (-5). This gym is way overpriced for what you get. They do not allow month to month memberships and force you to sign a non-negotiable one year contract that if strictly enforced. They do not allow you to bring guests in unless they get a seven day trial membership and then after that are forced to sign up for a membership. They don't allow you to suspend your membership for any reason except financial hardship (job loss) or injury. In both cases you have to provide proof whether it be from your work or If you are injured you have to provide a doctors note. Both are absolutely absurd! They don't allow you to transfer the account to anyone else (friend or family) unless they sign the same ridiculous one year contract. This is the very definition of "nickel and diming". Every gym I have ever been to was just as well maintained, cheaper, allowed month to month memberships and also allowed one guest to accompany their members. The ownership apparently only cares about their bottom line and making money. Their inflexibility is proof of that. For those reasons alone I would HIGHLY DISCOURAGE anyone from signing up with this gym.
