This was at 4:00 in the afternoon on July 29 (not exactly a holiday). I asked them to explain and they said their day ends at 3:00. I said, okay, that's one hour if you finished at 4:00. The garbage disposal was installed backwards and was not attached correctly to the sink drain, which obviously caused water to leak which ended up going through my floor and ruining the ceiling below. The connections they made to make the disposal fit backwards, were pulled so tight that it also caused a separate leak in the system! Terrible customer service when dealing with management trying to correct the problems they created. The lack of accountability was unbelievable, they even blamed me for the garbage disposal leaking! Very unprofessional overall. Do not recommend them for anything, ever.

They provided help installing a water heater, helped with the plumbing on our outdoor boiler, and installed baseboard heating in our home. Unfortunately, Metro is no longer doing residential work. They're only doing commercial plumbing and heating work now. Thankfully, one of their plumbers is working on his own and still does residential work.

Pros: Service guy was nice and unclogged the drain. Con: I spoke with the owner what needed to be done because I knew it was roots that was causing the problem. Told him I need a snake that can remove roots. He said it would be between $250-$300. They showed up around 9:00 am and had everything cleaned up and out of the house around 10:15 am. Technician tried to charge me $375 saying it was 2 hours of work, when I was told it would be $300.00 max and a lot of the time was wasted due to their equipment not working and the technician trying to fix the attachment at the end of the snake. Equipment was old and literally broke after one use. I paid with cash and asked for a receipt and the tech said they were going to send me an invoice in the mail, but I think he meant receipt. I called back to make sure it was a receipt and not an invoice that they were sending out because I had already paid for the service. Owner gets mad at me and starts yelling profanity over the phone dropping f bombs every other word, because I told him I did not want to pay the $375.00, when he quoted me over the phone $300.00 and a large portion of their time spent was trying to fix the snake that broke right away. There were other issues also but when the owner of the company goes off swearing every other word and will not even let you talk that is when there is no point in supporting them anymore.
