(I was told that the part shipped on October 2nd and would be in early the following week, when I called on October 26, I was told that the part would ship on October 29th and they would be out early the following week) It is now Nov 16 and Quality is looking into it again. I am expecting that I will be told that the part will be shipping and coming in next week.... Every time I call, I get a new excuse as to why the part is not here yet (the last time I was told that sometimes things get lost (3x now!) I was to receive a call when the service guy was 30-20 minutes out. I never received a call so I called CROSSTOWN and the guy (Jordan) was a JERK and told me that he was going to cancel my ticket since he didn't know when the service guy was going to be here. I told him DO NOT CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT and demanded to know when the tech was going to be here. I am now being told it will be between 1 and 3pm today. This is HORRIBLE customer service!!!
