I was made to feel like a drug addict for coming here to pick up meds a few days too soon, all I had to be told RESPECTFULLY was that it was 3 days too soon and to come back. Like I was not aware that that was a thing. I was spoken to like a complete child, by 2 PEOPLE at that. It took 2 people to repeat the same thing? When all it had to be was "you have to wait 3 more days". The "do you need me to get you a calendar" and laughing saying it doesn't matter that my doctor sent it in or the app said I could pick it up was unnecessary. My husband and I have complained to the "manager" but we all know how that goes. I went to pick my meds up today and Jessica's demeanor was also garbage but I could tell she was "trying" lol. Anyway. As soon as I find a new pharmacy I will not be returning. I'd be embarrassed to work alongside folks like that myself but hey. It is Princeton Kentucky right. ‍

We considered driving back home for two hours to retrieve it , but first decided to Google pharmacies near Grand Rivers . We found McConnell Pharmacy. What a true pharmacy it is! They were able to call our local pharmacy and get his prescription information. Not only did they fill the medicine, they delivered it to our hotel! Phenomenal service... and for total strangers. Well beyond the call of duty, but we are eternally grateful to McConnell,,, We can't say enough how much we appreciate such great customer service!

I worked at Walmart 32 years ago, and the customer service up front is phenomenal. Although,…read morewhoever is in charge of the actual store is lacking. When I worked there, we did such a thing as facing. Everybody who works in retail should know what I'm talking about. It took me forever, well 5-10 minutes to get the bagels I was wanting. We called an associate to assist, but they never called. I had to scale the wall, which should be wrong on so many levels. If the employees had done their jobs, the merchandise would've been pulled forward. I ended up with arm burns and a bruise. Finally a fellow customer who was alot taller than me finally came to my aid. That is unacceptable. The employee shoppers never ask if they can help me. I am not impressed. That is stocking and floor sales 101. That is unacceptable. The front of the store are spectacular. The rest I'm not so about.
