Bus arrived and departed timely, drivers carefully loaded and unloaded luggage from baggage area of coach. Drivers gave announcements along the drive. The seats were unexpectedly comfortable and the coach smelled clean. Tipped both directions. Lost one star for not having enough ride times available for the early morning December flight. We had to ride the night before and get a hotel room to accommodate the flight departure time. Hopefully this has improved. I'd be willing to pay a little more for "off" hours to help compensate for lower ridership, as it would likely still be cheaper than having to get a hotel room. Overall: a good experience. I've already recommended this airport to airport service to others and I plan to utilize again with future needs.

That is exceptionally high for a taxi ride. A 6 mile ride in New York City is $26.... this ain't NY. This is Lynden, Washington which made their quote exceptionally high BUT I was in a pinch and had no choice. I get back today and I find out they charged my son $35/each direction. They claim there is a minimum $35 charge... seriously? They failed to mention that. They said NOTHING about a $35 minimum and, like I said, this isn't New York. They should NOT be charging people that kind of money for just a six mile ride. I think they need to revisit their business. I do NOT recommend using these rip off people. They lied about their quote and took advantage of my son who was by himself just trying to get to work and back, and didn't know any better. Shame on them.. Shame!!!

Shawn promptly answered. I explained my situation and we arranged for a pick up. He asked that I call when our plane touched down. Again, he answered promptly and cheerfully said, "Well be there". Not only was the cab exactly on time, but he drove right up to the door and helped load two very heavy suitcases. Upon leaving the airport, he asked if we had a preferred route to our house. His driving was efficient and professional. When we arrived, the driver, once again, helped with the heavy luggage. He carried both suitcases up a flight of stairs and placed them directly in front of our door. The fare was less than I had guessed and the service was certainly more than I had expected. We are an elderly couple and all the "extra" considerations and help were greatly appreciated. I highly recommend!

When I called to book I mentioned 4 people and the woman said we'd need _____ as a vehicle. I don't know what their vehicles are so I don't know what that means. We've always had the same car pick us up, even when there were 4 of us. We've never needed any particular type of taxi vehicle as we've ridden in both conventional taxis or minivan taxis. A towncar would have been fine as well, as we've done that as a family. They showed up on time (as always) in a giant SUV. As someone with a bum knee and auto immune issues which can make me really stiff, it was actually difficult to climb in and out of. We got to the airport in a matter of minutes as it was a 2.6 mile trip. I almost choked when he quoted me $60. We usually paid about $20-$23 and that was when we lived across town (8 miles) from the airport. The driver indicated that's their minimum charge now. I don't know if we were being hustled or what, but I would never intend to again pay $60 + tip for a 5 minute ride. I don't know if that charge was higher because of the SUV or what. Would not use again at those rates and would suggest if you are booking you confirm the rate. Evergreen had always been about the same as every other service so it didn't cross my mind to confirm a price, especially with us being so close to the airport.

AVOID LATE NIGHT DISPATCH…read more -Called company in morning and scheduled a midnight pickup for seniors at the airport to deliver Hotel Bellwether. -Taxicab did pickup, but then took them to the wrong hotel. -Called dispatch to find out error and confirm wouldn't be charged...got this instead... --- "Not on record you asked for Bellwether, you'll need to pay full ride. We don't give free rides.." --- "Not gonna pay? Then I'm gonna call the cab. Your 80 year old parents will just have to find another way at midnight. " --- "Oh you gonna leave a bad review? DO IT! I don't care!" ...well she dared me...so here u go. Luckily the owner of the business was driving....he was more professional and courteous and gave me the 'ol "she's new" line to defend his black-hearted dispatch.

I have played craps at every casino in WA and never had this happen 5 of us left the table because it was dry and boring to play. Played a few slots really tight so bailed quick. Definitely not a great place to test your luck on slots lol Overall was $500 total for 2 hotel nights so nor bad but the casino is not worth it unfortunately. So here we are at the Silver Reef Casino. An open area outside of the crowds. We called the local number to make our reservations and to avoid these online reservations agencies that just inflate the prices. We ended up with a nice hotel with clean rooms. Our room has queen size beds with a medium firmness. This room is clean and spacious. It has a large flat screen TV, a decent sized mini fridge, a dresser for those of us who like to unpack. The A/C unit heats nicely. There is a large vanity for the bathroom and the tub shower offers shampoo and body wash. The bonus to staying at a casino hotel is the addition of security. Less worries about your car. Then there's the restaurants that are available, here there are 5. So there it is, well kept rooms, plenty of free, secure parking, and on site restaurants as well as some adult entertainment before getting some shut eye. Much more relaxing here instead of being in the crowded big cities with minimal parking.

My first experience with…read moreQuick Shuttle was the most pleasant and smooth experience with a coach bus crossing the border to the states i've ever had. My friend and I used them in December to go from Vancouver to Seattle. The meeting place was across waterfront center in Vancouver but the bus didn't show up at 8:40am when the bus was scheduled to come. Instead the driver himself came over and escorted us to the bus where he parked it half a block away. He came over exactly at 8:40am as scheduled. As for the bus itself, the bus had things you'd typically see on coach busses. USB ports and wall outlets for charging things and reading lights. The seats were very comfortable with ample leg room. They were comfy as they were leather seats. You can easily recline the seats for sleeping. Nobody was behind my seat so I reclined a bit as I took a nap on the smooth bus ride. At least, smooth as you can get on a bus on the road which was a little bumpy at times. I like how the seats were not assigned and you don't have to pay extra just to sit near the front (im looking at you flixbus!) Our driver was great. I want to give a shout out to Samuel L., who was our driver for our trip. Super nice and approachable driver. He laid out the bus rules in a friendly manner and helped out as much as he could regarding the US declaration forms. On the morning the bus trip to Seattle was scheduled, I received a text message from Samuel thanking me for choosing quick shuttle and he introduced himself. He also said to bring a jacket in case the AC is too cold. We were given a tracking link to track the bus. After the bus left, we received another text message thanking us for coming and being great passengers. Samuel left his phone number and invited us to give him any feedback or any questions we may have via text. He's pretty talented as he spoke multiple languages, with english, french, spanish, and a european language i can't quite pinpoint. He was cracking a couple jokes here and there which made some of the passengers chuckle. They were mostly dad jokes lol. He even asked random people that with suitcases on the street near the bus if they were going to board to go seattle as a joke i think, haha. Samuel went above and beyond by providing US declaration forms in many different languages like Chinese and Vietnamese and was easily approachable if we needed any questions (sometimes the drivers only provide english forms) He was pretty efficient in getting the suitcases unloaded and reloaded at the border. He warned us multiple times that the US border is very strict on claiming foods and asked each passenger if they brought any food. He reminded passengers a couple times that the bus is a quiet bus and to only talk at the back part of the bus which i appreciate. Getting on the bus was smooth. You didn't need to present anything. The only thing needed to get on the bus was to verbally confirm your name and last four digits of your phone number. Samuel did a role call for all the passengers. When one passenger was almost late for the bus, he didn't just leave. He personally called the passenger to come aboard to see where he was. I wanted to tip him some cash for being a great driver but he did not accept it and said that my presence as being a pleasant passengers was enough. (He's so darn genuine!) If some passengers didn't bring a pen to fill out a declaration form, he provided a couple of pens for us to borrow. He even offered cookies and candy as a token of his appreciation for choosing quick shuttle. The bus arrived on time and made it to our destination on time, and I felt safe the entire time because our driver didn't speed and drove like a normal, sane person. I highly recommend quick shuttle at least for the trip from vancouver to seattle. If you get samuel as your driver, you're in great hands! If you don't believe me, look at the dozens of positive google reviews on quick shuttle mentioning Samuel lol. 5 huge stars out of 5 for Quick shuttle. I'd give it 6 stars if i could! Edit: I went on quick shuttle again a few days later and it was a much more standard bus ride (no free treats, text messages, or very friendly driver) but I still had a good experience on the trip to Seattle.

We were able to jump back on very conveniently from cruise port and head back to Seattle. Bus was clean and driver was extremely friendly. Most bad reviews tended to deal will commute time. Your on a bus that needs to make stops and stop at border....Its going to take more time than a car. This was a lifesaver.
