I'm writing to follow up regarding a very disappointing dining experience my party and I had during our visit to your Palm City location last night (Saturday). We have been loyal patrons at your Jupiter, West Palm, Boca, and Palm Beach Gardens restaurants and have consistently enjoyed outstanding service, professionalism, and hospitality. Unfortunately, our first time experience in your Palm City location was the complete opposite and fell well below the standard your brand represents. When we inquired about what appeared to be an unposted upcharge on our drinks, we were not confrontational -- we were simply looking for clarification. Instead of addressing the concern with courtesy and professionalism, the manager responded in a dismissive and uninterested manner that made us feel as though our business did not matter. As a business owner myself, I would never allow a customer to leave feeling unheard or unappreciated. Situations like this are exactly where leadership and customer care should be most evident. The lack of accountability and basic hospitality we encountered was extremely disappointing and left us with a very bad impression of the restaurant. Because of this interaction, I will never return to the Palm City location. I also plan to share my experience with colleagues, family and friends, as it was that far outside the level of service I expect from an establishment with your brand's reputation. I felt it was important to bring this directly to your attention, as this experience does not reflect the positive reputation you've built at your other restaurants. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address the importance of professionalism, communication, and respect with your management team. You can never go wrong with Lynora's! We have been to many of their locations and they are all equally as good as the other. The ambience is super fun with lively music and an active bar. The artwork is unique at each location, but the food quality is a constant. Service is always fantastic and the bar is always a fun place to hang out and meet new friends. Went in for my husband's birthday dinner with my son the place wasn't crowded so we got the booth which is so comfortable. We ordered the bruschetta for an appetizer. My husband ordered the clams and linguine, I got the veal piccata. My son ordered a vegan pizza with mushrooms only to have the waiter come back in five minutes to tell him they had no vegan cheese - that was a total letdown so unfortunately, he never ate anything except the bread with the oil that they give you at the table, because he's a vegan. Our dinners were good, but it was a shame because it ruined our evening us eating and him not. I would suggest to make sure you're well stock next time. read more

We've been to the Lynoras in PBG and had a great experience but were disappointed with this location. We were seated right away and service was not too bad. There was plenty of seating for all of the groups that came in after us. The food was the thing that disappointed us the most. It was mediocre at best. The place was jumping even at 4:45. We were seated at a nice booth right away. The atmosphere is very up...lots of wait staff. It's definitely a trendy eatery with lots of attention to a kind of New York feel. Very little attention to acoustics...the noise level was very high. My carbonara was very good. A little dry on the sauce, but extremely tasty. The fried burrata appetizer was fabulous with the creamy center and a tasty red sauce on the plate perimeter, serve with pizza dough triangles. My friend's seafood ravioli was a bit fishy-tasting, and her boyfriend's lasagna was, well, lasagna. The ricotta cheesecake...superb. Why didn't I know about Lynora's sooner? Well, I do know and it's going to be one of our Go-To restaurants. It's about a half hour drive, but worth it. Fantastic dinner spot in Palm City. If you're considering it, you should definitely go. Our family recently moved here, and we've been looking for a good dinner spot. We will definitely be coming back. We didn't make a reservation, but the wait was actually shorter than the very kind host staff told us (always a plus because most restaurants usually underestimate the time). Nice overall vibe with an open-view kitchen. Refined casual style. They opened their open-air door with the beautiful weather which was great. I had the short rib lasagna (which was an Easter weekend special) and it was delicious. I hope they add it to their regular menu...it was that good. The menu recommended the Montepulciano to pair with it, and I'm glad I followed the suggestion because they went perfectly together. Our waitress was Alicia and she was wonderful!! Very kind and attentive to the whole table and she brought everything promptly. You could tell the entire staff took care in their work which is always so nice to see. The manager--who we met briefly through happenstance--was also great. He personally told us our drinks would qualify under the happy hour (which ends at 6) when we ordered them at 5:58. I work as a server and was impressed with this kid. I got the chicken parm and my friend got short rib ravioli it looked so good. I would get a reservation for this place because we had one made weeks ago and still had to wait and it was so worth it. I had two meatballs and a margarita pizza and I cannot rave enough. I had leftovers the next day and they were just as delicious the night before. We dined at Lynora's Palm City for the first time and found that the lunch specials on Friday were both delicious and a good value. We were seated and served quickly. My Husband had the chicken parmigiana sandwich and fries that were both tasty and a good portion size that also included a soda. I had the fettuccine alfredo that was prepared fresh and came with a Caesar salad for a $1 upgrade and included an iced tea. I added 4 grilled shrimp for an additional fee that were grilled to perfection and colossal in size. We were impressed with this new location of this restaurant and found the service to be friendly and efficient. The restaurant had spacious booth seating and offered a pleasant atmosphere. We plan to return in the near future to try other entrees and sample a pizza prepared in their brick oven. They had ample parking availability. In my opinion, this new location was a better dining experience overall compared to their restaurant location in West Palm Beach. read more

Food is excellent, can't miss! This could be part of the new location but the tables for two along the back wall are way too small and way too close to the couple next to you. Why restaurants seat you at the smallest table continues to baffle me. Other Lynora locations will box your leftovers but this location (again maybe cause new?) dumps the leftover container on your table and walks away. It's the little touches that matter the most. Again, hopefully this is only because they are new but time will tell. read more
