I was able to find All About Auto Detailing by a simple search and the reviews were great, which steered me towards reaching out. Upon reaching out, kat greeted me in a very professional manner and began speaking about the services that they offered. I then scheduled an appointment to have my car paint corrected and ceramic coated. They are super flexible in terms of time and day I work all the way in San Diego and they were able to meet with me even a day earlier than my original appointment to take delivery of the car. After I dropped off, there was no lack of communication issues on their end and they let me know when the car will be ready even after a slight scheduling mishap. Jeff does an amazing job and really takes his time and it shows in the quality of his work. I was met on a Sunday by Jared to pick up my car which most businesses like this are usually closed. His price was fair and documentation of services was thorough. Communication was fast and complete. In my first life, I was a car detailer and I am hard to please. Ben was beyond thorough. He took 2-days to paint correct my truck and half a day to coat it. It looks perfect; actually, better than perfect. His attention to detail is not lost only me. I've hired and paid so many Detailers to ceramic coat vehicles, I am experienced with what the typical service entails and am saddened by the lack of care/passion that's resulted from an abundance of detailers and the pressures of price competition. Ben is a cut above - as long as he is in this industry, he'll be the one to coat my vehicles. He's more expensive than others, but absolutely worth it!

I had been searching for a mobile car detailing company that specializes in milk spill odor removal, and most places just gave me generic interior cleaning quotes that didn't address the actual problem. A few weeks ago, I spilled two large cups of horchata on my car's front carpet. I went to a regular car wash the next day, but all they did was a basic vacuum and shampoo. When the temperatures went up, the sour milk smell came back -- it was unbearable. WCP didn't just send a quick quote like other companies. They asked me to bring my vehicle in, walked me through their deep interior cleaning process, and explained the equipment and extraction machines they use to remove bacteria, moisture, and odor buildup. The attention to detail and transparency gave me total confidence. Thanks to WCP, my car now smells fresh and clean again -- no trace of that awful milk odor. I can finally drive with the windows up, and my family can actually ride with me again! WCP knows what they are doing and genuinely care about their work.
