WORST SCHOOL EVER! They discriminate against kids with even the slightest disability (even though…read morethey have known since before enrolling him and they say they have the resources, they refused to use any to help) Said my child should have never been accepted and never given the chance. They didn't want to decrease their academic performance, but what they dont know is that my child was spelling elephant correctly at the age of 3.... knows anything and everything about any animal (has taught us about different animals we have never heard of...but are absolutely real because we look them up) Its absolutely insane that this "Christian school" has the audacity to speak to parents so negatively about your child to your face and dont expect you to get upset. They want their "perfect student" school and dont care who they hurt. My child is devastated and thinks it is their fault but its not.

I'm writing this out of deep frustration and concern. As a parent, it's extremely disheartening to…read morefeel that the school is more focused on money than the well-being of its students and families. Many of us are sacrificing a great deal to give our children a Christian education, yet we feel unheard, unsupported, and taken for granted. The administration in the office does not reflect the values of grace, compassion, or fairness that a Christian school should uphold. It truly hurts to watch good families struggle while feeling dismissed or ignored. I respectfully ask that you take time to truly listen--not just to one voice, but to the parents who are living these struggles every day. Be careful going to this school pastor Scott Dr P. this school isn't a real christian school they only care for money these teachers are not really certified... Please think twice before enrolling your child in this school. Based on my personal experience, I do not believe this is a true Christian school. It feels more like a business than a ministry. They seem more focused on collecting money than truly caring for the students or families. Some students attend for free while others are charged full tuition--this is unfair and not transparent. The administration lacks compassion, and several teachers seem uninterested in the well-being and academic success of the students. Christian values like kindness, fairness, and respect should be visible in every part of a school--especially one that claims to follow Jesus. Sadly, I did not see that here.

It was raining that day and I also brought my 4 month old baby in a stroller. The 9th grade center was elevator friendly where as the main campus was NOT! They also didn't inform parents that we would be meeting teachers at each campus so me and my son went in circles in the rain trying to look for a building that didn't exist because it was at the other location (main campus). Once we got to the main campus, I find out some of my sons classes are upstairs and the elevators were not opening their door so when I asked a staff member they told me they had to get someone to let me on and they did, but then when i asked the lady how will I get back down she goes "well how long will you be ?" I'm like "i have no idea" she goes well someone up there will let you down. Once we finished meeting the rest of his teachers and were ready to leave we couldn't find ANYONE to get that lady to open the elevator to let us go down. I went up to this useless cop that said he was going to get someone and instead disappeared. My older son tried to get a teacher to call and that teacher didn't do anything either. So after waiting for 20 minutes we had to make the choice to go down the stairs. My older son had to help me with the stroller while i carried my infant in the car seat down. I would've sued if something would've happened to me or the baby for negligence. What if some parents or the children attending that school are disabled! why would you deny access to public elevators!!!!!! I've lost respect for that school, its embarrassing they couldn't even help a mom out. I told my son I won't be doing meet the teacher anymore because it was not worth my time after that experience. Wish my husband would've came but he had work.

So it was my sophomore year at this school and this year was genuinely the WORST school year ever…read morefor me. Ima just say this now DO NOT COME HERE IF YOUR A PERSON OF COLOR. The students here are racist and the teachers not staff do anything about it. My first day at this school I was constantly getting racially harassed all day and when I went to talk to a dean about it they did nothing. Also the lack of diversity in all of the activities that they have here is honestly really sad. I went to both of the prep rally's they had here (they sucked) but it was honestly disheartening to see the lack of people my skin color not really in anything there were only a few students my color in some activities. The teachers aren't that great but not too bad or whatever. They actually care about the autistic and special ed at this school. I was also racially profiled by an autistic kid and told one of the teachers and excused it and saying "it's because of their autism". The school itself was VERY dirty and some of the utilities were broken and I've spotted multiple roaches dead and alive in the cafeterias it was nasty dude and the power cut off at the school and it was hot all day. Also there was recently a flood that happened and they were moving us all around the school it was kinda unorganized But they tried I guess..I was also touched inappropriately by another autistic kid, and once and again it was excused because of their autism. Also the hallways are always super crowded bro it sucks. So anyways this was probably the worst school year I've ever had at a school and like I said before DO NOT COME HERE!!!

I am truly disappointed by the current administration at Bishop Moore Catholic High School. It's…read moreclear that student well-being is not a priority. There have been multiple instances where students reported being bullied or harassed, and the school either failed to take action or, worse, appeared to protect the offenders--despite having clear evidence. Academically, the education offered is not significantly different from that of a public school, yet families are paying a substantial amount of money--essentially for a religion class. It's hard to understand where the tuition funds are going when some bathrooms have no air conditioning and there are roaches present in the facilities. Even more alarming is the repeated pattern of scandals involving teachers engaging in inappropriate relationships with students. Although these teachers are eventually fired, the fact that this has happened multiple times raises serious concerns about oversight and student safety. If you're considering Bishop Moore for your child, I would strongly urge you to explore other private schools--or even public schools--before making a decision.
