I had the exact same issue as previous post regarding my comforter/duvet except that they LOST it. Same runaround, same unresponsiveness.

Absolutely terrible experience. I would give this place ZERO stars if I could…read more I dropped off a practically brand-new Peter Millar shirt, only TWO MONTHS OLD, for something as simple as fixing a button. Somehow, they managed to LOSE THE ENTIRE SHIRT. How does a business that handles customers' clothing every single day manage to lose a shirt over a button repair? But losing the shirt isn't even the worst part. The complete lack of accountability and customer service afterward has been unbelievable. When we went back to the shop, the gentleman we spoke with, who we understand is actually the OWNER, claimed he was just an employee and couldn't do anything about it because replacing the shirt would come out of his paycheck. Seriously? Instead of taking responsibility, he passed us off to a manager and gave us her phone number. We contacted the manager, who promised to send us a replacement shirt. That was FOUR MONTHS AGO. Four months of waiting, unanswered phone calls, ignored text messages, and absolutely ZERO effort to make things right. Let that sink in. They lost an expensive shirt, promised to replace it, and then apparently decided the easiest solution was to completely ignore the customer until we gave up. This isn't about a button anymore. It's about a business that lost a customer's property, failed to honor its promise, and has shown absolutely no accountability. If they can't be trusted to keep track of a single shirt or follow through on a simple replacement, why would anyone trust them with expensive clothing? Save yourself the headache and take your clothes somewhere else. I certainly wish I had.

I initially had a men's dress shirt cleaned here and had a great experience. The lady who helped me…read morewas very friendly and marked the spot with an adhesive sticker. The next time I took something in, there was a man working. His name was Chuck. He was doing something in the cash register and didn't even look up at me, just asked my name. He proceeded to pull up my account on the computer and said, "You don't have anything here". I said, "I'm not picking up, I'm dropping off". He handed me a receipt for the item, but didn't bother asking anything about why I was leaving it. I tried to explain about a spot that needed to be addressed, but he was very rude and seemed to want to get rid of me. I asked him to mark the spot and he said, "That's not how I was trained". What? I told him that the other employee had done it (really every dry cleaner I've ever been to has). He snatched the ticket off of the garment and handed it back to me. I took it and left. If he is not the owner of this place, he should be fired. If he is, he won't last with that attitude. It is astounding to me how someone thinks they can behave like this and continue to stay in business. I would drive twice as far away rather than give this place any business or a recommendation. Very rude and disrespectful employe; do NOT recommend.
