Carmen, her assistant is so rude and wouldn't let me speak to my lawyer and refused to schedule an appointment. She had me do an immigration medical exam which cost me $300 and it turned out I didn't need it for my case yet and I would need to redo it and pay again. Every time I call they have no idea who you and even if they spoke with you a week ago and they don't know anything about your case. Puras rateras buenas para nada
