Instead, I experienced poor communication, long periods without updates, and interactions that often came across as dismissive and unprofessional. By the end of the representation, I was disappointed with the value I received and left feeling that my interests were not the priority. I would strongly encourage anyone considering hiring Shasta to meet with several attorneys, ask detailed questions about communication and case management, and compare their options before making a decision.
