Ashley took wonderful care of me, including helping me step down from the pedicure stand since I'm still recovering from knee surgery. I never feel rushed at Spruce and have always enjoyed engaging conversations with the nail professionals and the other customers there. Today was no exception. I walked out super happy and beyond delighted with my fun, blue fingernails and toenails and the lovely shape Ashley gave them.

They were extremely friendly and customer service oriented. The nail shop was comfortable and clean. The only reason I am giving them four stars instead of five is because I went in with a broken nail that I had glued, and when we were working on the nail, it seemed strong but yesterday that nail broke and now I am not able to get to another nail salon anytime soon. So I am bummed I now have a broken pinky nail, especially because we used a cat eye polish that I don't know I'm going to be able to find in another city to get this Pinky fixed so I am probably going to have to get all of my nails done again. We got there in the morning and they sat all of us right down. When we walked in the place looked and smelled clean. They also had individually wrapped tools so you know you're getting clean tools. My nail tech was very thorough with my pedicure. Sadly they were out of one of the gel colors I was looking at but I was happy with my second choice. I was in and out in 45 minutes with a great pedicure.

I really enjoyed coming to this salon however this weekend experienced something different. My…read morehusband came with me and also for a pedicure. The next day his big toe was infected (red & crusty). The redness spread to his legs the following day. I called to tell the owner and after speaking with him and also sending photos I was told well that's a blister (it most definitely is not). He asked what I wanted him to do about it, typically when a business has done something negative to a customer they will offer X% off their next service or financial reimbursement. The owner was not interested in that. Take this as a warning that although this salon's prices are lower than others you will also be exposing yourself to the possibility of an infection.
