They give you a homeopathic dropper solution to add to your water, and it is supposed to contain ingredients in a unique solution custom to you. The ingredients when researched do not show evidence to help you with that NEFL claims. These guys are using something called the Authority Bias to get you to believe what they are talking about and think it's correct because: 1. Credibility - You see them as knowledgeable so you believe them by default 2. Feasibility - You are given a plan to follow with a reason behind each step 3. Custom Plan - A custom plan makes you feel like they A) Care and B) took the time to find you the fastest solution to what you want i.e. a better body. These guys are predators do no give them your money. Their entire plan only seems to work because of calorie restriction which is obviously going to help you lose weight. People leaving positive reviews are falsely attributing their weight loss to the expensive plan these people give them with a bunch of new age homeopathy crap they KNOW they made up. Not once did she make me feel embarrassed. Instead, she laughed and said, "Girl, it's okay, we all get backed up sometimes." That honestly made my whole day. Healthcare workers like her make such a difference. She treated me with kindness, humor, and genuine care when I was feeling pretty miserable. Give that woman an award! Incompetent. I went in with a high fever and flu-like symptoms. They tested me for EVERYTHING and…read moreeven ordered chest x-rays for pneumonia. I had no pneumonia symptoms. They racked up over $700 in bills for me and over $2600 in bills for my insurance. When I left, they had me thinking I had LYME DISEASE and even prescribed me strong antibiotics. The person on call told me he was "grasping at straws" as to what was wrong. The next day, I went to my primary care doctor, who diagnosed me with strep throat and told me to get rest and fluids. I will never go to this urgent care robber on the highway again. Also, they turned away a woman with a child when I got there. Incompetent and heartless, what a combination.
