I also made a comment on how I had had a horrible experience on getting my eyebrows tinted at another salon previously and she kindly offered to do a tint for me. She took her time and was very attentive while she did my brows. They came out absolutely perfect!! She also made sure I was happy with what I had which the other salon didn't even bother to check I love coming to this place, the workers and the atmosphere. The employees were chatting about their personal lives -- romances and relationships -- and it was totally off-putting. Waaaaay too much information behind shared at a volume level that would have you think they were in a crowded bar. It was cringeworthy and not the least bit relaxing. Worse yet, I could still hear them chatting about it while I was in the treatment room. Walls aren't exactly soundproof. The massage itself was fine, but I can't give this place more stars until they realize that the customer experience begins from the moment the clients walks through the door.

She did not even use a drill to smooth the layers of dip & I had to request the top coat be redone 3 times before it was even remotely smooth. Also, entire process took 1 hour & 45 minutes. Top coat started chipping 5 days after appointment. If they can't do dip, they should not book the appointment. Go elsewhere if you need dip!
