I was very disappointed in the atmosphere of this spa. When I arrived, nobody greeted me, even though I could hear employees talking in the room just behind the reception desk. After about 5 minutes, I left to use the restroom (in the hallway, and not very appealing) and when I returned, someone did come out and looked at me like I was trespassing. She was neither warm nor friendly. Got checked in and waited in the lounge area. Here's where it got very weird. The employees were chatting about their personal lives -- romances and relationships -- and it was totally off-putting. Waaaaay too much information behind shared at a volume level that would have you think they were in a crowded bar. It was cringeworthy and not the least bit relaxing. Worse yet, I could still hear them chatting about it while I was in the treatment room. Walls aren't exactly soundproof. The massage itself was fine, but I can't give this place more stars until they realize that the customer experience begins from the moment the clients walks through the door. read more

We were going to Abilene for ACU Homecoming so I made an appointment online for the lavender pedicure. Rosey did a fantastic job and I loved the lavender everything. I wish I didn't like 4 hours away so I could be a regular but if I'm back in Abilene I will be visiting Wildflower spa again. read more

I went in for a Brazilian. The girl was very young and did an ok job,not good just ok. She acted like she was very disgusted that I was a bigger lady (size 18). I made sure I was very clean before I went. When she went out of the room, I could hear her talking about me to a co worker and they were snickering about me. A Brazilian is a very intimate an vulnerable wax and this is her job. At no point should your esthetician make you feel this self conscious and laugh about you to coworkers in front of other customers (or at all). I felt very humiliated when I was paying and walking out in front of these customers. She also didn't provide any aftercare instructions or anything knowing it was my first wax. I had to call a friend to get aftercare instructions. Overall not impressed at all with the level of customer service or professionalism. read more

I had the best deep tissue massage by Jerry! He is very knowledgeable and he has the intense pressure I've been looking for for years. We talked a lot (unlike most other massages I've been to) but I enjoyed it. I will be back for another! read more

I called Friday to make an appointment for Saturday, and the receptionist was able to book one for me. The location was hard to find, but when I got there Carol my waxer was at the door and she led the way to the facility. Carol did an amazing job, she was gentle and she made me feel comfortable through out my appointment. She used soft and hard wax. I will definitely come back here. read more

Booked a "spa" day for my mom's bday...facial and massage...thinking it was a "spa" not an office with not even a bathroom. No ambience, no pampering, no atmosphere. I laid down for my facial and first thing I saw were bugs in the lighting right above my head. Not even a wet towel to take off my mascara...only a dried out packaged towelette. During my facial, nothing but conversation during every single minute. Ugh! Is that relaxing? Uh, no. The 2 massage therapists that my mom and I had were great as their skill. Too good for the facility they are at. They should be at a nicer place. If you're looking for just a massage than its great but I was so disappointed that I chose this place to "pamper" my mom for her b-day. I'd give the massage therapists 4 stars but can't give the facility more than 2. read more

When we drove up to the building, I was a little unsure. It is an older office building and coming from dfw, it made me a little uneasy. However.... the facial peel blew us away and was truly divine. It's been a week since the peel and my skin is softer and better looking than it's ever been after any facial treatment. I get a massage at least once a month to relieve muscle soreness and tension so trust me when I say that this was one of the best deep tissue massages I've ever had. Brandon has hands of GOLD and was able to massage out all my knots. I also lift and run daily so by the end of the week I was pretty sore. I felt like a million bucks after the massage. The worst pedicure experience I have ever had. I am in town for work so I'm looked up reviews on where to try. I finally decided to try wildflower. The facial was decent. Only thing is the girl giving the facial didn't explain much. Like "here comes a hot towel" or "this cream is for this" and so forth. I also had a pedicure and manicure booked. I have to say it was the worst experience I have ever had. The nail tech took the first 15-20 mins of my 60 min pedicure restocking things or trouble shooting the shellac light lamp and mechanical filer. Then she couldn't even take off the previous shellac I currently had on my toes. It took her another 20 mins. Mind you I get my pedicures in San Antonio and there is NEVER A PROBLEM. It was simply awkward. She didn't even know how to hold the nail clipper. It was so weird. She awkwardly filed the nails down, Barely any cuticles were removed, and the heel scrubbing was no scrubbing, she barely touched my feet just. I cut it short by cancelling on the shellac polish since i will have to go to my salon in San Antonio to get a real pedicure. And the manicure was just as bad. I have never left a bad review for anyone but this was so horrible. I WILL NEVER come here again. What was suppose to be a relaxing day turned into 3 hours of frustration. read more

My daughter made an online reservation on 2/9/18 for a massage for her and a facial for me. The online form required her credit card information in order to secure the appointments. We went to the spa, and received the massage and facial on 2/10/18. I would rate the services as fair. I paid with my credit card for both services including the tips. We were the last clients for that day. We left and went shopping. My daughter tried to use her credit card and there were no funds in her account. The Wildflower Spa had also charged her card for both services. I called the owner, Diana, on Monday to get my daughter's card credited. Diana said only my card was charged and she had no idea what I was talking about. I sent her a photo of my daughters bank statements showing "Wildflower Spa" charges on her account. She said I was the only one charged, and the bank images meant nothing to her. She told me it was my banks, Bank of America, fault. They were the ones who charged my daughter. With noting left to do, I called Bank of America, and as I expected, they do not manage any account charges for this Wildflower Spa. They confirmed it was the merchant who charged my account. At This time, 5 days later, I am still battling with Wildflower Spa to get this corrected. They claim to have no accountability in the matter. So, they have stolen $133.53 dollars from my daughter. read more

I was not able to actually make my appointment, so this review is based only on the phone call to book my appointment, and the phone call I made to cancel the appointment. The first call, to actually schedule it, was pleasant. I talked to the lady I spoke to about waxing vs. sugaring, and she gave me appointment time options. She even took the time to explain to me where the location of the spa was as I am unfamiliar with the area. However, when it comes to the cancellation call I can only imagine I had to have spoken to a different woman because that phone call was quite different. I asked about the cancellation policy because I was just barely inside the 24 hour window (23 hours) and wanted to know if I would be charged. She begrudgingly said that was fine and she wouldn't charge me, and I was thankful for that. Though, she huffed and puffed, I was thankful nonetheless. I then politely brought up that it looked like I was already charged for the services. She said it was a pending charge because it was a debit card, even though I was specifically told when I booked the appointment that my card would not be run at all unless I did not make my appointment. This way I could pay in cash or any other form. After she explained this in a very irritated manor, she said (and I quote) "okay, you should see the charge removed now, or in a few days. Bye!" And hung up on me. I can understand being frustrated that I was canceling last minute (due to unforeseen circumstances), but I was polite as could be and I didn't ask about the pending charge in an accusatory manner, but more out of curiosity. Her rudeness and impatience was completely unprofessional, and uncalled for. I didn't even get to express that I was thankful for the favor she did for me before she hung up the phone. Not so sure that I would attempt to use any of their services here in the future, or recommend them to anyone. read more

My experience with Juliana was great! I could only make it on Monday and it's so hard to find any spas or salons open on Monday. She took her time and did a great job on my eyebrows.. I am very pleased with the result and her professionalism. My only critique was I found it difficult to use the 'book online' feature and ended up needing to call instead. I arrived to a locked office (I was less than 10 minutes early). When the massage therapist arrived I filled out paperwork and she took me back for my massage. She was nice, but didn't ask many questions about my preferences. She was a bit snappy during the massage too. Her name was Alex. She instructed me, very firmly, not to move by head while she massaged my neck. I understand her emphasis, but she was aware that I'd been other places for a massage (so I already knew this). The massage was decent, but not the best I've ever had. Two employees were gossiping about clients while I paid. Somewhat uncomfortable environment. Don't think I'll go back, I'm more interested in trying a different place. read more
