He was there an hour and a half and a sizeable living room and 2 smallish bedrooms were done for about 160. It had several small dark stains- paint drops and wax that I didn't expect to come out, but one lighter organic stain was still there when he left, and I was able to lighten it further with not much more than hot water and a towel. I think he got a bit lazy at the end as I had to leave for a bit. All I expect is do your best.
