I was introduced to Lyd The Worker Bee while at my hairdresser. I happened to see her flyer and thought at the time it would be good to have my husband and I put our will together. I put her flyer in my purse and then life got busy. On January 17th my husband was diagnosed with Stage 4 terminal cancer. We had no plans as far as our estate, finances or health directives. I remembered I had Lyd's flyer in my purse so I called her same day. I explained our delicate situation and the need to expedite our living will and trust. Lyd started immediately putting our plans in place and was quick to communicate as she moved along. My husband was very concerned about our home and making sure I would be secure after he passed. My husband came home on hospice on the 20th. Lyd and her team came to my home to sign all the documents on the 23rd. I was so impressed with how fast she put all our wishes to paper, reached out daily to check on us and then showed up at our door fully prepared. You have to remember we are working against the clock. My husband was able to voice all his concerns while Lyd and her team listened with the utmost compassion and respect. Sadly my husband passed away on the 27th. Lyd The Worker Bee was a complete angel. Not only did she handle all our paperwork but her price was affordable!!!! My husband has been gone 4 months and to this day she still checks on me. Who does that? I am so thankful and grateful to Lyd and her team. Please know that working with her is one of the best decisions you can make for your peace of mind. I have recommended her service to many others as I know you will get the best service. Lyd is professional, excellent communication and detail oriented. read more

They are a very experienced and calm team and it is just what I needed when my marriage required dissolution.

**THANK YOU SO MUCH.!!!!** I want to start with expressing my gratitude for the support, the kindness, professionalism, as well as the overall encouragement in pursuing my Rights as a Father and fighting for my child! Me a new Father navigating through Family Law was one of the hardest experiences I've been through and continue to go through. Feels like your up against everyone including the courts and it's hard to ask for help let alone find and trust the right help. Not knowing where to start or what to do, being kept away from my son and had just left a poor choice of attorney representation I like everyone else turned to the Reviews. I Read nothing but amazing things about Lydia and her Team and I needed her help. From the very beginning Lydia and Debra showed even with all the other people they are helping that my son and I mattered and they went more than above and beyond for us! Theres a list of items Lydia and Team helped me with and each one Lydia made sure I was not only comfortable with but more importantly that I understood them, she has been here every step of the way for me and I am forever grateful. I can honestly say without her I wouldn't have my son today. Theres no one else I could trust or reccomend!!!!!!!! read more

Do not look further, the team here is the best there is!!! I have been going through a very difficult time in my life, where I literally felt that I was fighting for my life and my daughters. As I desperately searched the web for "help with child custody and dissolution paperwork in riverside county", I had the blessing of running into Lyd the worker bee on Yelp. I cannot thank Lyd, Sarah, Debra, and Lily enough for what they have done for me. This team was efficient and fast. They were straight forward with the prices, no surprise fees etc... Lyd provided her own time to soothe any concerns I had during this time. They were all easily accessible, never had to wait for a response and always available. The meetings were always during the times that worked best for me. Everything was in order when I showed up to court. As I witnessed, several cases being postponed because the paperwork was not complete, I felt assured because I knew the team was diligent and so it was. When my case was called everything was completed. I feel truly blessed and I am grateful for this wonderful team. I have no doubt in my mind that I made the right choice by coming to this amazing team. Thank you!!! Thank you!!! Thank you!!! read more

Amazing services!! Fights for what you want and returns with the best answers. Would highly recommend!!

Amazing fast Divorce! I was referred to Lydia through a friend who said spoke highly of her work. I gave Lydia a call and like most new services i was optimistic. My initial phone call with Lydia was very comfortable and she made me feel like she really understood my place and assured me that we would get through this together. I set up the first appointment with her and Ruben and they were both extremely patient and very professional they explained everything and made me feel at ease for once in a long time. I was given several options on which route to take. After being married for nearly 18 years with assets debt and kids it didn't feel like it was going to be an easy process. Lydia and her team took a huge weight off my back by simplifying the entire process! Timeline I was separated and officially divorced within five months! read more

My husband and I were referred to "Lyd The Worker Bee" through our mortgage broker. We were recently married and we both wanted to get Living Trusts' for our estates and for our own peace of mind in the event something unfortunate happened to either one of us. We were very impressed after our first meeting with Lydia, her team, and Attorney Dan Perry. In our first meeting, the trust documents, the entire legal process, and all fees were clearly explained and all of our questions and concerns were addressed so that the trust documents would meet our needs and reflect our expectations. We really appreciated the very detailed, organized and professional manner in which Lydia and Dan presented our Trust folders and handled our paperwork from beginning to end. The "Worker Bee" office is very warm, comfortable and welcoming. Lydia, her team and Mr. Perry are all very responsive, friendly, down to earth and genuinely caring people. We highly recommend the legal services provided by "Lyd The Worker Bee." Thank you all again for helping us. read more

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!!!! This is the best word to describe the level of service I received from Lyd and her team. She handled my situation with care and sensitivity. Her hours are extremely flexible which made things a lot easier for me since I work full time. She also was able to work with me on a payment plan because we do not all have unlimited funds laying around. I loved that if I had questions, she would take the time to go over them with me in details. She made me feel truly cared for and unlike other places were you feel like you all you are is another client they will be taking money from. Whether it was via e-mail, phone, or in person, she was always available to help. read more

Horrible experience. This is only my opinion and my own personal story. I was charged $1,500 dollars for help with custody papers. Initially, I was ok with that. They sounded very kind and knowledgable. Everything went well until it was time to file the proof of service. According to records provided by Lyd The Worker Bee, the respondent was served on 8/26/2019. Proof of Service was paid in full with the retainer funds. During the month of September I received my first statement from them. I noticed I was being charged every time they called or emailed me with a question, no matter how simple. During September they made attempts to reach me and my husband by phone but never left a voicemail. I wasn't concern that it was anything urgent in nature as I also received an email that they wanted to discuss the case and make sure we were prepared for court. I spoke with them on one occassion in October. They asked me if I wanted to pay $1500 for one of the lawyers they recommend, to appear with us in court. I declined the attorney and I declined any further calls due to the charges that were stacking up for communicating with them and not having the ability to take on anymore bills with them. Never was there a mention of needing to file proof of service. On 10/28, two months after the respondent was served, we received an email from the team at Lyd The Worker Bee stating that they had an important document we needed to file. Unfortunately, we had already driven to Riverside (300 miles from home) the same day for mediation and discovered that Lyd The Worker Bee never filed the document and never sent it to us so that we could file. We were turned away at mediation. Finally, we received copies of the proof of service on 11/4/19, more than two months after the respondent was served! After we learned that the proof of service was never filed, we immediately e-filed it but by then it was too late for our 11/7 court date, as they ask that it is submitted 5 days in advance. Even the Judge said it was unfortunate because the other parent was a no show and they were prepared to grant us the custody but the Proof of Service was not submitted timely. I am not a paralegal. I am not a lawyer. I trusted this company to help me and paid them a lot to do so. When I stopped taking their calls and allowing additional charges to occur, they didnt feel the need to mail me the proof of service legal documents that they had in their posession for 2 months. They never once mentioned in a voicemail or email that they had these documents and they weren't filed, not until the day of mediation. They never had a problem mailing my billing statements or other case documents to our home. I am hurt and upset that I fell victim to this but we live and we learn. The worst part, when confronting Lyd The Worker Bee, she stated "because of us helping you, you can have visitation. Dont seek revenge on us after helping you get here." However, no visitation was granted and visitation isn't going to help the children. We were seeking custody. Completely unprofessional response. I will be posting the email correspondence showing the interactions shortly. All in all, if you want to pay the money and not receive critical documents for 60 days, this is a great place to go! read more
