I booked for over my lunch (the only time that worked for me), and was able to be seen promptly. The space is bright and clean. Wish they had a coat rack for winter coats though, so long jackets weren't falling over on the back of my chair. Otherwise, the space was decent, and similar to most salons. For my booking today, I booked for a shellac manicure -- looking for an elegant and simple style for upcoming Lunar New Year festivities. MiMi was able to get the exact look I wanted in record timebased off a photo, and I am thrilled with my new Molten Gold French nails. Really happy and will be back!

When it came time to pay, the owner told me that "in light of this incident", we will give you 10% off and charged me $50 for a regular mani/pedi. I guess my quiet tears and blood soaked tissues that they used to wrap around me were only worth "10% off". I'll be filing a complaint to the government.

A cheap sheet mask was applied without warning and felt cold and slimy. the arm and hand massage was very nice. she attempted to clean the water out of my ears with qtips. just dangerous. I found out that there were 2 locations through this so if you're trying to get a session here, select the Kerr Street location. I had to wait for an email confirmation before my pedicure time slot was approved. The one thing I couldn't do online was book multiple appointments for the same time. I was originally hoping to come with a friend. The lot that is next to the building is actually for the orthodontist so you'll have to park along the street in front of the salon. I didn't realize this at first so I had to move my car. I also don't carry change with me but the receptionist was kind of enough to give me a few quarters to feed the meter. I was the first appointment in the morning at 10am and they had everything set up and ready for me. They did have a lot of colours to choose from and it was impressive that they knew the names of the colours too! The massage chair was really nice. I've never been to a place with one where even the seat where your butt goes inflates and stuff. My technician was awesome. She took her time with the polish application and made sure to clean up any areas that were messy. My feet felt great after this and looked even better. The prices were really reasonable so I will definitely be back in the future.
