I also knew that the only remedy would be to completely tear out the new cement, destroying my new backyard, and then pouring concrete again. Another mess to clean up after your crew. These cracks are because Clifford initially placed the footings in the wrong location. He didn't listen to the paying client, and he had to re-position them. Rather than discussing any potential issues that might arise from repositioning them, or properly moving them to prevent this issue, he just moved them. The cracks are a result. I also figured if I have to look at these failures, so should you, and any potential consumer that is shopping for a cement contractor. When these cracks become a tripping hazard, as they quickly are, I will find a professional cement contractor to fix what your company has installed. CONSUMER BEWARE: Upfront friendly, quick response, and competitive pricing...if conflict or issues arise, don't expect resolution, expect excuses. Expect rudeness and unprofessionalism. Once the bill has been paid, you're on your own. This has been my honest experience.

I asked for an estimate to create a walkway, concrete patio, irrigation, sod, and gravel. A week had passed after Renee came out to get measurements with no update on the quote so I reached out since other companies provided same day quotes. Renee responded to me so very unprofessionally via email stating "Geez! It's only been a week give me a break! We are busy I promise you haven't forgotten but this takes time." I was shocked because I don't think there was anything wrong with checking in after a week's time. Renee apologized by saying "I forget you don't know me" as if I should be able to discern her personality and tone through email. If I didn't like the workers I had met, I would never have hired them after this interaction. I shouldn't have to work more than they are for service, and definitely should not have been scolded for it. When I finally got a quote I felt that they were charging an astronomical amount for sod and gravel (we are talking 3x more per sq ft) and therefore only approved the walkway, patio, irrigation and sprinklers. I was told about their warranty and their experience in the field, and signed a contract. Upon completion of the work, I wanted to give the workers the business of completing what they started (by laying sod and gravel). However, I wanted to know if they would be willing to just do the labor and I would have the sod and gravel delivered directly from the source for 3x less. Renee declined. I asked for the sqft measurements for sod and gravel that they took for me so I could explore this on my own, and was denied this information. Then the owner got involved and told me he would void my warranty if I were to have the sod and gravel completed on my own which was never once expressed to me previously. Then he had the nerve to bring up my remaining balance that was emailed to me the day before, a holiday (July 4) as though I was some kind of delinquent customer. I'm sorry I didn't get to it when I was enjoying my holiday with family and friends! I was appalled yet again. I would consider their business ethics before going with them. However their workers were phenomenal and, quite honestly, should be in charge. They were more professional than the owner and manager were!

I've used them through my insurance (CIG) twice in the last few years. First to repair the walls…read moreand ceilings damaged to repipe after a broken hot water line and recent to repair walls and flooring from roof leaks during Tropical Storm Hillary. They do a very complete job leaving things like the problem never happened. My walls and ceilings were replaced (new drywall) and painted perfectly. When they couldn't repeat the paint that was there, they painted the entire room a new color and did a perfect job. The first time i used them they have to move a cabinet with a lot of delicate items in it. The emptied the cabinet, moved it, repaired the wall, put it back and put back all the items just like they were before. When I came home later, it looked like they magically repaired the wall without moving the cabinet. For the most recent work done, they also cleaned my carpet in two rooms and replaced the padding in one. They were a little sloppy. When I moved the bed later, the carpet was clearly not cleaned. That would be my only complaint. Overall, excellent work and I would recommend them to anyone, anytime.
