The person who texted me told me to just reschedule, but there was no follow-up or flexibility offered. Later, I was automatically enrolled in a class without being consulted, and the date didn't work for me as I was out of town. I'm now moving back to my home state and can't attend any future sessions, but they refused to offer any refund--even a partial one. While I understand this is a small business, the lack of communication and unwillingness to work with customers is disappointing. I'm now out $195 with nothing to show for it.

I cancelled the order and went directly to their store last Friday (He kept insisting to put in a big amount of deposit which I am glad I didn't). When I was talking to him directly in person, he immediately changed the deal saying that he has the truck with lift gate but he can't use it to deliver the slatwalls because it's coming directly from the manufacturers and we need to contract the unloaders from our end. I asked him then what's the point of calling me and make me to cancel the previous order if he wasn't going to provide the lift gate that he promised with previous call. He kept saying that that's how they do business and how the merchandises are all back-ordered and blah blah blah, pure BS. He also told me he would sell the Canadian style show cases for $950 a piece, which he lied about and charged $1150 right in front of my face when there was a PRICE TAG that says $950. I made an waste of a trip driving myself and my family for nothing. Luckily I did not put any deposit. DO NOT DEAL WITH FIXTURES PLUS, ESPECIALLY WITH MARC, HE WILL LIE STRAIGHT TO YOUR FACE WITHOUT EVEN BLINKING HIS EYES!! Also he is very disrespectful in way he talks.
