Do not use this service because they're extremely rude to low income residents looking to find free bee removal services. On Google it was advertised that they offered free services, alongside Silver State & Vegas bees. Instead of being kind to someone that mentioned they're worried about the safety of animals going into anaphylactic shock from being stung, I was mocked & ridiculed when it's not my fault there's such thing as free bee removal services for bee keepers & multiple resources say this company does it for free. Don't do business with assholes that can't simply say they don't do it for free, sorry.

    Rehomed bees.

Dave was awesome. I texted Dave a picture of bees in my sprinkler box on Saturday, he came out on Sunday and removed the queen and relocated the hive. He left the new hive next to the sprinkler box for another day to attract any remaining bees and picked up the hive in the evening. That easy. Thanks Dave. Look forward to trying your honey.

I thought this was a hive! After speaking to a few people I decided to take a closer look. The swarm had congregated to one branch.

So grateful to have a local bee rescue/relocation service! I woke up to a large swarm of bees in one of my flower bushes. I searched for local beekeepers and was excited to read that LV bees uses a responsible and sustainable approach to bee removal without pesticides. They have bee keepers available all throughout Vegas. Rowan was a pleasure! Can't wait to purchase their honey.

    Bees swarming a pressure washer

We had a queen and her works take up residence on one of the pressure washers. Called LV Bees and Dave came out immediately. He vacuumed up approx 3000-5000 bees and also captured the queen. He will relocate them to his honey farm. We highly recommend LV Bees if you have a bee problem. Bees are important and we didn't want them exterminated. Thanks for your help David!!!

    Beehive under the rock

Best Bee people in Las Vegas/Henderson! I had a beehive in this hollow rock in my front yard (see the picture). I didn't know bees could be rescued or relocated. I had used an exterminator three times over the last seven years. I even filled the rock with foam I bought from Home Depot. The bee exterminator I used (after the third time) recommended this. The bees STILL came back! A friend told me to call someone who relocates the bees. I called five places. Only two got back to me. One guy wanted to charge me $40 for an estimate. He wouldn't go off my pictures or video. Dave text me right away, and it was after hours. I sent him pictures and videos of my busy bees. He gave me a quote via text. He came the next morning at 6:30 am. He honored his quote. He moved the bees to his container. It took him over two hours, and his price was cheaper than the exterminator! Then, he came back the next night, after dark, to get the bees. He also sales real local honey. I bought honey for him, which is excellent for people who have seasonal allergies. Dave also told me how to get honey from the honeycomb in my front yard. He left me some. There were bees in it, and I was supposed to cook them. I couldn't do it! My kids wouldn't let me either. I really wanted the honey because I have bad allergies and so does my son. I asked Dave if he would get the honey for me. He did! He even sent me pictures as he did it along the way. I paid him for his time because it was worth it, and he is an expert. He knows so much about bees. He has about 200 beehives across Henderson, Las Vegas, and Moapa Valley. I can't recommend Dave and LV Bees enough. I hope the bees will not come back to my front yard again now that the hollow rock has been removed.

Steve removing bees from our stairwell wall.

Called Dave and spoke with him first about our bee situation. He was able to send out his partner (Steve). Steve was able to assess the situation and we found the bees at the top of our stairwell. Steve was super knowledgeable and what I liked most about LV Bees was that their first intention wasn't to kill the bees. I was very upset when another company was trying to charge us over $1,000 to kill them and $2,200 to save them and relocate them. For any of my future bee issues I'm definitely calling LV Bees. They were fast, reasonable priced and wanted to protect the bees. Thank you Dave and Steve for being amazing at what you do and for taking care of our bees!

This beekeeper makes it simple. Just text him what you want. He will leave on his porch and you deposit the cash in a drop box. Great honey!

Really nice people. They came and got the bees, and eventually, our bees will be rehomed in Arizona, lots of winter crops to pollinate.

Ask the Community - LV Bees

Where can I buy your honey?

Hi Jessica. I sell it from my home still. Home is where the bees made the honey. We haven't had time for farmers markets yet. Send a text message to our phone number and I'll give you details.

I would highly recommend visiting during cooler weather or earlier in the day so you can enjoy it longer without the heat draining you. The farm itself is a little hidden away, but they do have signs posted for parking, which made it easier to find once we got close. One thing I really liked is that admission is completely free, although they do have a donation box at the entrance if you'd like to support the farm and the animals. There were quite a few animals to see including horses, donkeys, goats, ducks, and pigs. The highlight for us was feeding the animals. Make sure you buy a bag of carrots because the animals definitely know visitors come with treats and they'll come right up to you expecting snacks. The goats especially were very eager and entertaining for the kids. I also noticed they host events here and offer pony and horse rides, which would be really fun for birthday parties or family gatherings. Even though it's a simple little farm, it turned out to be a fun and relaxing activity for kids and families looking for something different to do in Las Vegas away from the Strip. Overall, we had a good experience and would probably come back again when the weather is cooler.

It was pretty much lackluster but it had the basics. Horses, donkeys, hogs, roosters, geese. It also had that homey feeling of items from days of old were strategically placed throughout the farm.
